Beyond the pale one of the worst Taco Bells in the country. When going to get fast food, you shouldn’t be forced to wait the same time it would have taken Dominoes or a sit down to get you a fully done pizza or meal. They are slow, 8/10 times they get the order wrong, 10/10 times they have attitudes as if you are inconveniencing them by making them do their job. You want fast taco bell? Drive to Danville or the one In durham as it will take you the same amount of time to wait at this one. Don’t think of ordering off Door Dash ether because you will sit there and wait and watch your driver sit and stay there for nearly an hour waiting on your food. This Taco Bell/KFC should be closed. Or the owner should come in and Absolutly clean house on the staff.

This is your typical Taco Bell restaurant. It is a combo restaurant. It’s a Taco Bell and a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant. The person taking our order was very nice and polite. She was patient and helpful too. The food took a little longer than usual to come out but it was hot and good when we received it. I would go back there to eat. They got busier when we were just about ready to leave.

Very ghetto. Place was messy. The cashier left the customers standing in line waiting to order for what seemed like damn near an hour. She took a personal call and left customers waiting. Some of whom had to be back to work because of short lunch times. Absolutely horrible service. And th3 chicken was very dry and over cooked .

Ok, so for a place, I have left numerous reviews about in multiple places, It was much better than it has been in the past. There were only 2 cars in front of us, we placed our order and had no issues at the window. All of our food was correct. This all is truly a shock to me as this really was the worst Taco Bell in the surrounding area. I don’t know if if there is new management, but I am impressed.

The kitchen is open and visible. I watched the people socializing while occasionally paying attention to preparing the food. The Manager would walk by to add a joke or too but there was no concern as to the actual work that wasn’t getting done. There was a poor Door Dash guy there waiting for 20 minutes to pick up an order and their were others who were talking about “going over the counter” to make their own food because they were waiting and watching the carnival going on behind the counter. Sadly the Taco Bell side was overwhelmed as they only had 1 worker and the delays, they stated, were pretty long waits (for fast food) but the KFC side was rolling and got everything out pretty fast …. kiddos were happy! even though they really wanted tacos and quesadillas…

They need Consistency with having fresh Slaw and they need to bring back the Gizzards Back and Bring back only the Grill Chicken Thighs the other pieces were dry. Young employees mainly the females need training on Customer service knowing how to talk to Customers
