Did an online order, checked in at drive thru and was immediately told to drive around to the door. My drinks were forgotten, so I had to wait for the person to bring them out after my food was finally done almost 15 minutes later. Two people had to come out three different times to bring me the drinks, because some were either forgotten again, or given the wrong ones. The doors were locked, so i wasn’t able to go inside to get the correct drinks when they were finally brought out to me. Also, they weren’t even filled all the way. If I pay for an upgraded drink, I expect a full cup, not a large cup with an inch and half of space.

I have been to this store three times and it is always something with them. This last time was the final draw. I had ordered my food online. Went thru the drive thru to check in and three other cars were just sitting in line. No employees came on the speaker. After twenty minutes a worker sticks his head out the back door and hollers we are closed due not to having enough employees. There was at least four ppl there. Ppl had already ordered their food online. Luckily I was able to cancel my order before my card got charged. This store is horrible. Need a new staff. Will not be going back

The only thing wrong was that they are under staffed but they are killing it! I only saw maybe 3 people but they were all working as fast as they could! Had great personalities so if you go be patient. Food is always good from this location!

Worst experience that I have had at this Taco Bell, and that’s saying a lot! The person at the window complained about “big ass” orders at 9 on a Friday night! I was told to go around to drive around to the Mobile Pickup with 4 other cars, and they only had 1 person to run orders to cars (bless this young man, he was working hard; running back and forth to get orders correct! ⭐️) The doors were locked, and they are not competently staff with people with professionals in the service industry!…do better!
