Hands down one of the best Taco Bells I’ve been too. We ordered the $5 Cravings Box & it was at lunchtime. (Drive thru) The food was carefully placed in the box, hot & just great. They definitely have their A team working today. Highly recommend.

Stopped going to TB for a while because I was struggling with incorrect orders, cold food and not so great customer service. Decided to give it another chance and stopped at the Capitol Blvd. location. Used the order ahead kiosk and my food was hot and fresh, the order was correct and finished very quickly and the staff was very friendly. I appreciate this location renewing my love for the Bell and I will be returning.

This location no longer services you at a register at all. They went completely to self-service kiosks. I hate that. If I wanted to go to eat somewhere out to eat, why would I have to pay the money I do to literally use a kiosk to place my own order? The staff are kids, and all you hear is the playing around laughing in the back while you’re trying to eat. Typical Taco Bell. The food was good and surprisingly the staff made the food properly with nothing missing. Service was average. The people you see in there are weird. Great location, bu it’s just strange people. The food is generally pretty good. The service and cleanliness of the store are consistently lacking. Today’s visit, both the manager and the drive-thru cashier were extremely rude. They screwed up the order and refused to print the receipt. The cashier doesn’t care at all about his job and really ought to be fired. Every time my family has him, he’s rude.

Nice Taco Bell and we were quick to order. We took all the Fire and Hot sauce that was available and it was not refilled while we where there. Our order also took a very long time to be available. There were few folks in the store so we’re not so sure what took so long. The food once it arrived was tasty. The restaurant itself was clean and neat.

Came through the drive thru today. Ordered the party pack half supreme. We paid for the half to be Supreme. Well the cashier decided to charge us even more of 1.20 for two additional sources cups that we did not ask for. The tacos had sourcream , we didn’t need additional sourcream.

I know it’s Taco Bell.. Not expecting the best in food and service etc.. they messed up our order.. they have us the correct tacos and then I got the burrito I ordered… Food was for the most part stale, very little “meat” in the tacos. To me they seemed not to care about the product they put out. Worst taco Bell ever. Staff was friendly..a bunch of kids but friendly

This Taco Bell has messed up 13 out of 17 orders since I started taking count years ago. They almost never get it right. They turn off their credit card machine before they close and only take cash so they can leave. The food varies from perfect to inedible. I would skip it at all times unless you like being angry.
