I came inside this location this afternoon to get my sons some food for lunch. The inside was empty, so I was able to watch the employee make the food. There was another employee I believe was the manager working on the other side of the counter. He stooped and started sweeping the floor. Then he went and blew his nose which could tell had a lot to come out of. I waited to see if he would wash his hands, but he didn’t, he just started sweeping again. Then another order was on screen, so he stopped sweeping put gloves on and started making the order. When I mentioned it to the employee bringing my food. I told him good thing you made my order, or I would ask for my money back. He told the manager what i said and while I was by the drink station, he said they don’t eat here then. How about you just wash your hands more. So, I will not be patronizing there or my coworkers. I feel that was rude and uncalled for when you were in the wrong. Now you lost a whole customer base from a company just for not washing hands dealing with people food.

Employees are very rood! Knowingly Serving Flat drinks I had Mountain Dew and gave it back said this flat they give me a sweet Tea in-place of it and it was way to sweet all sugar no tea! Will never return to this location!

A complete difference from 3 months ago. I promised my kids a treat for breakfast this Saturday morning and they begged for Taco Bell breakfast. This location is out of tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese. Of course they didn’t bother to tell me until I already ordered, paid, and took the food home. Why are you even open when all you can serve is beans, rice, meat, and sauce? When I went I to return the pathetic food they made, then they told me their resupply truck hasn’t been in days. Can the management be any worse? How can you run a restaurant without the basic ingredients? When I asked for a franchise complaint line, they wouldn’t give it to me. So a very bad experience all around.

Got handed a burrito with a hole in the side through the drive through, turn around to get it remade for obvious reasons. I get it remade but when I get down the road and open it, both ends are busted open. I just wanted a burrito after working 3rd shift and driving hours back to the office

I won’t stop here again, even though it is on my way home. I love Taco Bell and have been eating it since I was a kid…but this place has given me the worst bean burritos I’ve ever had…twice. How do you mess up a simple bean burrito?? Oh, you serve dry beans on a stale tortilla and forget the sauce, that’s how. Take a lesson from the Taco Bell on Capital and Buffalo Rd…they get it right!

I just left the drive through at this place and ordered a crunch wrap supreme combo and they were out of beef. The manager and the drive through employee told me that they would have to up charge me for chicken. So I’m supposed to pay you extra because you are out of beef? You just lost a $30 order for a dollar because u want to charge me extra for substitute chicken because u were out of beef ? Make it make sense , I drove off! I’ll will not be back!!

I’ve come here several times and compared to the other Taco Bell facilities in the Wake Forest area, this place is by far the worst as far as the food quality goes. The refried beans here are particularly dry and weird tasting. The beef is questionable and is also dry and funny tasting and the tostadas for the mexican pizza come burnt every. single. time. I ordered the taco party pack and ALL the tacos were broken, burnt shell and tasted terrible. I’ve given this place 3 chances over a 1 year period and each time is worse than the last. It is my opinion that this facility needs to be retrained or updated training on preparing the food as this place tastes gross and far different than the other places. I will no longer be visiting this location.
