I spent over $20.00 on a family meal that came out looking like a 8 years made it I called the manager and reported how my meal looked he was non caring and said he just passed his weight goal and my food was prepared correctly..If this is the best they have to offer they need to close down. I could have made this Foolishness at home !! I called the home office & nothing was done about it not even a $2.00 coupon I’m never eating at this Taco Bell again near North Duke Mall Roxboro Road location Durham NC..

Having to use the kiosk was a real let down when employees were just standing around joking and doing nothing. It’s senseless when they have to come to the register anyways to take cash payments. Then a customer sneezed and one employee said you better not have covid,you should just leave the store. Just over all rude.

The dining room was closed & it wasn’t even 7pm yet. And then the food was absolutely awful. It was so obvious that it was old. The picture of the Fiesta potatoes shows how overcooked (reheated) they were. And even smothering them in sour cream & they were still not eligible. The other picture is supposed to be a burrito supreme. It’s so much smaller than it used to be & the meat was nasty. In the end, we ended up throwing away $37 worth of awful food. I DO understand that there are staffing shortages everywhere & problems w/getting products bc of the supply chain issues. I understand all of that, but honestly if this is the best that a restaurant can do, they need to close their doors & work on improving before opening back up. It’s just as difficult for customers today & stretching our money, so when we decide to treat our families we want quality product & service.

This Taco Bell is fast and will get you in and out . Unlike the other Taco Bell on Hillsborough rd in Durham Nc . Also when they had made my 5 layer burrito wrong they were happy to replace it without an attitude and they weren’t rude about it unlike most restaurants.

I come here almost everyday. And I have gotten to know the people who work here. They are soo so friendly with their service. Kadisha, who I usually interact with, is very nice, friendly, and very nice. I love coming to this particular Taco Bell because of how nice and welcoming Kadisha and everyone who works there are.
