Located at the food court in the mall. Main entrance up to your left use escalator directly ahead. Overall a good experience some new staff but she wasn’t shy to tell me she wasn’t sure how to ring up the new tacos which I appreciated. After the manager got everything squared away she continued to ask what I wanted and verified everything including how much Ice was in my. I was pleased with my overall experience.

Super nice folks working there so I’m not going to roast too badly. But, the prices at this location are WAY elevated compared to stand alone locations. Example: pizza is $4.99 at the stand alone location near me (way too much to start with) and $6.49 at the mall location. Nearly $10 for Mexican Pizza and a small drink. Just be aware….

We had a great time at this Taco Bell in the South Point Mall of Durham. This cafe of multiple restaurants is called the Fork in the Road. In this cafe is Taco Bell. Unlike many Taco Bells during the pandemic they are actually open for dine in as the whole cafe is open. We would highly recommend you go there. The service was great and they were very nice people.

Everything was on par of what you would expect for a typical Taco Bell. Everything I ordered was hot and tasty. This place was in the fast food court of a major Mall thought it was as good as a stand-alone Taco Bell location. The place was very busy but they had adequate staff so that you do not have to wait too long
