It’s a shame what the quality (or should I say, lack of quality) of fast food is anymore. Does this look like “easy” lettuce? I think they mistook the order for easy on the meat & cheese. There’s not even enough cheese on there to taste, and both of my tacos were the same. I used to order their chips and cheese, and then they jacked up the price to over $2, and you might get a dozen chips. I don’t frequent fast food often, but I find myself wanting to avoid them more with every visit.

When this location has the ingredients to make food – it’s not bad. HOWEVER – this is location has consistent issues with having what they need to make your food. Since we have moved back to Edenton they have been out of hard shells, soft shells, chicken, beef, veggies, eggs (during breakfast) and the fryer has been down numerous times.

The young lady at the window repeated my order back to me a few times and it sounded like she got it right but no she didn’t. I guess it is kind of hard to take care of customers when you have one of your ears glued to your cell phone as you awkwardly lounge on the front counter. What I got was some kind of version of my order. Hard instead of soft Taco’s. Even though I was assured I was getting soft tacos. In the end $13 for three chicken tacos and a medium drink. Not worth it at all and I knew I would be wasting my breath if I went back and asked them to make my order correctly. I would avoid this place.

I normally don’t have any issues here and don’t expect much from a taco bell. But today during lunch I was rushed through the ordering process before I could even finish telling the young man I wanted the Supreme tacos. The order wasn’t even updating on the screen. He clearly wasn’t listening because I was given a burrito Supreme and a crunchy taco. I’m glad I like their burritos because I don’t have the time to go back and ask for my correct order.
