Did not know that you had to use kiosk for your own orders. I’m not from here. Stood at front counter up to 5 min before someone would let me know. Then employees had an attitude. No mild sauce at counter and I put it on my order. So I had to ask and that made attitude worse. Then my beef burrito only had alittle meat. Probably cause I asked questions.

Only a crew of 3 working tonight and still working hard! Lots of respect for all 3 working and keeping at it, they definitely deserve raises! Food was exactly as ordered, and still very courteous & professional to a not-so-nice customer that was in the store at the same time as me. Hardest working Taco Bell by far!

The food made my stomach bubble. Mexican pizza had a bitter taste, my tacos were lacking the supreme upgrade and they had to fix them and they looked crazy. We also ordered a grilled cheese spicy steak burrito and got a regulat steak burrito. Should have checked that one as well but I didn’t, was trying to get out of there, had to work. Wish we would have stopped at a different location, this place was my worse Taco Bell experience to date.

I have been going to the Taco Bell on Hudson St in Gastonia for many years now and the service is always fast and friendly. The staff even knows me well enough to welcome me when I go there and thank me for coming back. The food tastes great and is still hot and fresh when I eat it. I highly recommend using the Taco Bell app to place your orders. You can make sure you have ordered exactly what you want and you also get perks and points for free Tacos. I hope the bring the Taco Lover’s Pass back soon! I miss the free tacos each day for an entire month! But at least they brought back the MEXICAN PIZZA. Yummy!!

I went thru the drive thru for convenience like most people do. Of course when I got home I was missing 3 items. I ate what I had and went back to the store. I went inside and told Chaveon I think was her name I was missing my cinnamon delights and 2 pinto and cheese. She said, “I know i put one pinto in there so you missing 1.” I said no I’m missing 2. She just rolled her eyes and walked off and had a food preper bring me my missing items. Not a sorry for the error sorry for you inconvenience, nothing. There are plenty of fast food choices in the same locations as taco bell. I will never revisit this location. I set myself expecting more from such people like chevron and as usual I am always i am let down.

Have never left a review before for anywhere but doing it just to say this. Literally worst Taco Bell in all of Gastonia. Always out of something. Don’t know if it’s in a distribution issue or if management can’t order deliveries properly, either way it’s completely unacceptable. Yeah the store looks nice, updated, and clean, but none of that matters if your employees are rude as HELL and always out of product. Also the last 3 times I have been in here I can see multiple employees on their phone while wearing gloves. I managed a kitchen for years, I know Food Safety. They will be texting on their phones with gloves on, then go back to making food. Talk about gross! No hand washing in sight. The 2nd time I saw this I said something to the employee and they acted like I just cussed their mother out!! Message to management: PLEASE teach your employees about the importance of gloves and hand washing! You touch a chemical, a personal item, your hat, pick something up off the floor, etc, CHANGE YOUR GLOVES AND WASH YOUR HANDS!! I don’t know if you guys like paying people to stand around and be on their phones, but at the very least you should be teaching them to change their gloves afterwards if they’re gonna be texting. Last night was my last straw I’m not coming back here…
