has become my go to late night stop, almost never a line, orders are accurate, and food is warm. staff here, especially night shift, all deserve a raise as it’s not easy maintaining decent wait times, food, and customer service right now. absolutely insane that after the late dinner rush (8pm-9pm) clears out you can order, pay, get your food, and be out before the McDonald’s next door has even served the person waiting at their drive thru window.

This particular taco bell is exceptionally bad. From incredibly bad service to really bad mobile order times. I ordered online at 845pm. And couldn’t get my order even started til 950pm when i arrived even though the app stated 905pm. I walked in and they had a line 3 deep and and wouldn’t even acknowledge the folks in line. Never even looked up from their conversations. Pass poor service. Would not recommend.

This is the closest Taco Bell to our neighborhood. We go maybe once every two weeks and have done so since 2019. Just about every single one of those orders has been an interaction with rude and dismissive employees followed by incredibly long wait times only to get an order that has one or several items missing. Then, when you go inside to have the rest of the order filled, the staff treats you like you just told them they have to work a double shift on their one day off. Now that the Quesarito has been discontinued, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Well, the drive thru was packed so I went inside to discover nobody working the counter. There is a kiosk where you chose your food, and pay there. So, waited almost 15 minutes sitting in the dining room. AIG has got this place. Once I finally got my food it was stuck to the paper so not much there. Very disappointed ….

MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!! The inside of your restaurant is virtually non operational. If you go inside, expect at least 30 minute wait times to get your order. They 4 staff members solely attended the drive through while 18 individuals waited in the lobby for their food. Plenty of other options in Harrisburg for food. DO NOT TO HERE!!!!!

1 Star because they gave me NONE of my suaces including the ones I paid for. Its not up to the delivery person to open my bag and check if my sauces were there, its up to the resturaunt. The poor lad could have gotten a bad rating for their negligence from a less understanding person.
