My family and I have had issues here every single time. Tonight no different. They had us wait at the order speaker for an extended amount of time before we could pull up to the window with no cars ahead of us…. Why? Once we got our order we pulled to a parking space because I always check the bags since we do mobile orders. Our nacho fries were STONE COLD and NEXT TO EMPTY! I then went inside and politely explained to them, and hear I assume the manager on shift say ‘they are cold but ain’t stone cold’. I’m sorry but I paid for HOT FRESH food expect it to atleast be somewhat WARM. I was given warmer fries, but it’s laughable at the amount of fries given. I’m so upset. I have a 1 1/2 year old who one of the fries were for. So we ended up giving the baby our fries so he could be content.

I am allergic to red meats( pork and beef) . I love that taco bell has veggie options but the FACT that almost every time I order the veggie Mexican pizza at this location they give the the Regular one with meat. This is absolutely unexceptionable!!! They are very careless and not very helpful when trying to fix the problem. I’ll definitely drive to the other location up the road from now on

If you want to waste an entire lunch break waiting at the drive through. This is your spot! Taco Bell is going downhill quick with the employees they are hiring. This was a sign to stop eating taco bell. I could make my own tacos in less time then it takes for someone to take your order here.

This was by far one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I have had. I placed an online order and went through the drive thru line to pick it up. I waited for 50 minutes in the drive thru like after getting boxed in. Once I finally made it to the speaker, I was told that they did not have the ingredients to make one of the burritos I ordered and they suggested replacing in with a value menu item that was half the price of the burrito I ordered online (keep in mind that I had already paid online). I requested a different burrito that was comparable in price, but was told that it was “too much more” than my original order and that they could offer me 2 of the value menu burritos, which I agreed to. I got to the window and was handed a soda that clearly the syrup was not working properly because it was almost translucent, which I requested a replacement. I received my food and took it home. Once I opened my bag at home there was only 1 value mine burrito in the bag, one of the tacos was not wrapped so all the taco filling was scattered about in the bag, and the food was lukewarm at best. Shame on me for not checking the bag before I left, but the girl at the drive thru window seemed to have a decent control on things. From start to finish it was a very unpleasant experience. I overpaid for what I received, waiting for almost an hour, and had to essentially re-craft and re-heat the food I received. I will be going to the Sardis Rd location, which seems to be run a little better than this location… unfortunately that location is probably owned by the same franchisee though.

Tried to ask for a minute to look at the menu at the drive through and they said that was fine, 10 seconds later they yelling at me asking if I was ready to order. I told them no, that I was looking at the menu still. Then they yelled again 5 seconds later, not sure why, I guess I was taking to long. I was the only car in the drive-thru and I just wanted a minute to decide what I wanted to eat. They were rude as hell and very inpatient to me. I just left and went to Wendy’s next door. Will not go back.

Worse place to go to for food. Ordered some cheesy roll ups & they weren’t even cooked. All they did was throw some shredded cheese in a soft taco & that was it. They are rude as well. No manners. Plus, if you want extra of something they will make you drive back around in the line to get it. This place is just sad. It used to be good, but after how my experience turned out I’m never going back to them again. I would recommend going to a different Taco Bell.

Waited in line for 12 minutes, got to the speaker and was informed that they were only offering tacos (no problem). I ordered three soft tacos and three hard tacos. I asked a general question, “do y’all have chicken tacos?” Cece (the manager) responded “we already made them, you should’ve said that at first. She didn’t ask if I wanted to add a chicken taco, just assumed that I wanted to change my order. She also stated that the tacos were already made and she couldn’t change my order. I said “ok” and drove off and went to the Taco Bell a few miles down the road and received GREAT customer service. The manager who took my order is name Sierra/ Ciara (don’t know the correct spelling). I called up there and reported the issue with another manager name Brittany. Brittany referred to the manager as SiSi/ Cici (again, don’t know the correct spelling). Brittany offered to make my food for free but I told her, “no, I don’t want anyone making my food with bad customer service.”
