My husband went to this location, the guy at drive thru was really rude and cocky. He made my husband sit there while he asked three separate times at speaker about 8 minutes or longer. Then he comes home with our food and it was burnt our two chicken & cheese quesadillas and the crunch wrap Supreme was burnt and barley had any meat or anything til end of it. I was upset with the quality of the food for the price. My husband was really mad about the service & lack of care making our food. He works hard for his money and we shouldn’t have had burnt food for as long as he had waited for it. Mind you my husband has been in food industry on and off for years so he knows how to cook and how it should be given to customers. Overall really upset with the whole experience and won’t be returning to this location again.

No atmosphere in this location at All! Cold, impersonal! Counter needed cleaning. Food prepper spent too much time talking and not enough time working. I had to place my own order. Might be intimidating for some people. All over 3.5 stars.

The employees didn’t acknowledge my presence for the entire 15 minutes that I stood there waiting. One guy was high as a kite and could barely form words, another girl stood up front with her eyes at half-mast and arms folded ignoring me as well. I can’t believe this place stays in business!

My chief complaint with Taco Bell over the years was always “something missing from my order or food was made incorrectly.” Now I rarely have those issues. But customer service is awful. I always pull up smiling and cheerful and say, “Please, thank you, and you’re welcome” when I interact with them. Not only do they rarely say anything back, but if they do, I can barely hear them, and almost always, there’s no eye contact or even a turn of the head towards me when they say it. I understand that people have bad days, but on the level that I experience this here, it’s just uncalled for. At least it’s brief since it’s the drive-through.

Every time I come and dine in and eat I see an older lady working hard. Doing trash,wing counters, sweep and then mop.and a handful of crew members standing around talking amongst themselves. To me they can lend a hand since it’s called Team work. I spoke to that hard worker Lady her me is Tammy D.. She needs a raise and some of those male mbers should be doing the breaking boxes and Trash. Not a fragile Lady. Alot of the members talk disrespectful to the shift Leaders. Thank you

This is not the correct portion at all! I’ve worked in several taco bells in Miami and I can’t believe they are cheating people out of their money like this. Worker was also rude when customers were trying to say thank you or speak to her. Night shift tighten up.

Great customer service. Only Taco Bell I will go to! Whoever their hiring manger is , is doing a great job never had an employee be rude or give an attitude. Deianna & Juan need a raise they both are extremely respectful which says a lot in the fast food service.
