Sadly to say that it always seems like drive thru customers are the VIP for TB. If you decide to dine in your in for the long run, today for me was too much, when I arrived there were only 2 cars in the line. I go in make my order and waited. After 25 min I was told rudely that they were short of staff and that I had to wait because they are serving drive thru first. Then two people that came after me and also ordered at the kiosk received there food also. I asked them what’s going on with my order and was being ignored. Told them I wanted a refund and still they ignored me. Place is a mess and no management leadership shown.

Gross. Drive thru doesn’t take your order till the person in front gets their food. Food isn’t hot. Scary and disgusting. I think this may be my last time for “fast food”. No work ethic anymore.

this was the worst taco bell experience i’ve ever had. would put 0 stars if i could. i was sitting at this taco bell for well over an hour. do not recommend!! you can go less than 10 minutes down the road for a much better taco bell.

I think Taco Bell is excited as we are about the return of the Mexican Pizza. I believe they made a bunch to order not fresh to order. Absolutely horrible, stiff and old. Very displeasing will be contact store mgr ASAP.

Customer service was not high on the list. Person who was responsible for front counter had everyone go to kiosk after we were told the drive thru was closed for the night and we had to come inside to order.

The girl at the window who serviced me today was very rude. I believe her coworker did my order and then left. Maybe she was in a rush and I know when I’m ready to go home I’m ready to go ASAP. However make sure the order is correct and you listen to the request first before you leave. She forgot one of my items after I repeated it like 4 times at the speaker because she wasn’t updating it when I was making modifications. When I get to the window the girl was nice at first took my card gave me my food. I checked my bag when she handed it to me. One of my items were missing. She was telling to look at my bag out of the line but I needed to make sure what order is there before I pull off. I kindly let her know that I ordered two burritos instead of one she tells me she can’t add it at the window. I tell her that I ordered it at the speaker your coworker wasn’t listening and that I said it multiple times. She immediately gets an attitude and goes on the huge rant that I didn’t need to hear. I’m not one to give someone a hard time I work in customer service too so I get it but watch how you speak to people. So to prevent that from happening again, LISTEN TO THE WHOLE ORDER COMPLETELY THE FIRST TIME. I shouldn’t have to pull around for something that should’ve already been in my bag when I asked FOUR TIMES.

I have to stop going to this location. It used to be good. Now, I constantly have missing items, messed up items, and long wait times. Unfortunately, there is no other Taco Bell close by. Seriously, try going somewhere else, even to another location.

This is the last time we will ever eat at this Taco Bell. This use to be our go to Taco Bell. Not anymore!! It has gotten worse every visit. Broken kiosk, no one wanted to take order. Employees will not even talk to you. Everywhere we looked it was dirty, sticky and nasty. The drink machine area(had to ask for the cups we ordered), counter, tables, order screen, floors and the men’s bathroom sink, all filthy! My husband’s bean burrito was cold. My Crunch wrap made my stomach hurt right after I ate it. One employee just walked in and out constantly on his cell phone. We will never go back. Don’t waste your time or money.

Went through the drive through on lunch order the chicken chalupa combo looked in the bag both the chalupas fillings was falling out some was even in the bottom of the bag. Tried calling no one picked up
