Ordered several items. Missing 2 nachos and cheese. Ordered a nacho bell grande with chips on the side and they put every ingredient in seperate bowls, except cheese. There was no cheese. I’ve ordered the same item multiple times and never had a problem. They place the chips in one container and all the toppings in another. I don’t understand why it was made so complicated. Very frustrating.

I ordered on the mobile app for pickup in drive thru. When I arrive they said that they couldn’t find my order. I pulled to the window to show them my mobile order receipt on my phone.The manger was very rude from the start. Proceeded to say that she gave out my order 10 minutes ago (to the wrong customer) and she wasn’t going to remake it. Then told her cashier employee to shut the drive thru window and not open it for me. It’s wasn’t my first encounter with this manager. (I don’t know her name) Her professionalism is very poor and attitude is very ugly for a simple issue that can be easily resolved.

Used to work here and the quality has gone straight down the gutter in the last year with rude employees and horrible quality. Took them 4 attempts to just remember they didn’t have to put beans on a crunch wrap which should be basic training but I guess not anymore. I don’t recommend to anyone to eat at this taco bell until they train these people better.

Ordered my food, 2 cars in front of me pulled up already. Cashier asked me to pull to the other side. I politely told her no. One car pulled off. Our order was fixed before gentleman in front of me. Didn’t fix correctly. Asked for no lettuce, coated it with lettuce. My quesadilla was greasy and not crisp at all. What has happened to customer service?

Floors not clean, lobby may or may not be open depending on who is working. They cant seem to keep their POS system working. They had no change for cash customers. Can’t seem to find nice employees to save their life. Bless the owner of this restaurant he/she deserves better.

How is this location still open in Cedar Creek? Staff is exceptionally rude. Wrong order was given to me at the window. I was asked to pull forward (along with 4 other cars ahead of me) and park to wait for 4 burritos though I placed a mobile order set to be picked up at the drive thru. No sauce, food falling out of its packaging, dirty store, locked doors and horrible customer service. I will never stop at this location again!

Stopped here on May 12. They told me to pull forward. A male brought my food out and had an attitude when I asked if the sauce was in the bag. He walked away mumbling. It is not my fault you are working at a fast food restaurant. It’s always something with this store
