It’s a taco bell what can you really expect? I will say though the people at taco bell seem to genuinely hate their jobs so that’s fun. If you do order from here always check your bag before you leave because you never get exactly what you ordered.

Of course it’s taco bell, but I have to say it’s the best one in and around Wilmington. Our order got backed up and the manager put extra frys and apologized. The wait wasn’t all too long. Great service and communication. For fast food restaurants this one gets a 5 from me.

This is the worst Taco Bell in the city! If the workers are not out in the parking lot getting stoned they have no interest in helping anyone when they walk through the door. I stopped by and went inside to order something and I wanted a more specialized item and the guy behind the counter who seemed to have more people standing around doing nothing because no one was in line in the drive thru and no one waiting in line for food had the nerve to tell me he can’t help me until I place my order on the kiosk! Let’s get this straight…your job is to take orders and make the food and give the order to me! So if you are taking that part of the job away then prices can come back down! What a useless waste of my time and gas to go to this place! I am sorely disappointed and if I have to use an app or place the order digitally then I will wait for the robots to take the place of the pot heads behind the counter. I have no idea who runs that place but this is the worst one in the city!!

Funny. Gave this place a 1 star 3 years ago. So frustrating seeing adults move so slow. I miss the good ol days when teenagers ran fast food restaurants. They seemingly have more skill, as they didn’t want to make a career out of it. These career fast food people on have absolutely no motivation or care it seems.

I love Taco Bell and will continue to go to them, but not the one in Murray like. Terrible customer service and the preparation of the taco we’re definitely “ not caring”. Little meat, and practically no cheese or lettuce. I don’t even know why they bothered. The girl at the window was eating a taco while serving me. Just all around not good. Travel a few more miles and skip the one in Murrayville

I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bell’s in my day and bar none this is the worst staff and location I’ve ever dealt with. It’s a convenience thing, because it’s near our house, but we’ve had experience before having to wait 45 minutes with two screaming kids for food, and I love the Taco Bell breakfast and they’re supposed to open at eight but I have been by three out of four days this week to try to get breakfast clearly after 8 AM, which is when most businesses that serve breakfast have already been open, two hours, and because they don’t have eggs ready because their fryer is not on yet they are unable to serve 15 to 20 minutes past opening… I don’t know who Manages and owns this location, but something Hass to be done. I can’t name a single time I’ve walked away from this location with a positive experience and trust me I’ve been a lot.

I gave it 2 stars cuz the manager was great. Other than that it should be in the negative. The teenagers that work there are terrible. They don’t even try. Some of yall have raised some horrible ppl. The poor manager was just trying as best as he could. The cook was on point. But the girls at the windows were terrible. They didn’t even speak so I had to look thru my bags to make sure I could drive off. We paid extra for a large slushie, for it to not even be full. And we were given unsweet tea. It was disgusting. Somma yall really need to be doing a better job raising your children cuz sending them into the work force for the staff and world to deal with their deplorable attitudes is only gonna get them messed up n jumping job to job. N tell me how those children told us they had NO food there one time. I can’t stand that taco bell. It’s the worst one EVER!! DO BETTER!!

When your front door says open for dine in but turns out you are not, just the drive thru is during a rainstorm. You inconvenienced a party of 4, 2 of which are children. Do you know how difficult a chore it is to get everyone out of the car while raining, walking to the front door in the rain to find it’s locked (then having to turn back around to the car and get everyone inside including the children into their car seats again in the rain) while inside the Taco Bell there are at least 4 employees by my count that I can see walking around. I think it’s another excuse for lazy employees who don’t want to work. Cover the signage indicating open for dine in.
