I don’t even know where to start with this one. I have never left a review before, but after this experience I made an account just to let others know. Do Not Go Here. Biggest waste of money and scam. I’d rather pay double and go anywhere else even in this economy than to ever go to this Taco Bell again. They weren’t even understaffed that the worst issue, they had more than plenty of people. It’s just lazy workers who can’t do their job. Not only did it take forever(kinda normal there was other people so this part understandable but still not for the amount of time we waited), but then they gave our order to someone else and when he said it wasn’t his order, a worker took it to another worker and they finally got the right name and didn’t even call it out they barely even whispered it then just placed it on the pick up counter without anyway for anyone to know who’s order it was, because not only were they not calling the names like they are supposed to they also didn’t have the names anywhere on the bag. Then they didn’t give us our drinks and just looked at us confused and asked what we had so I guess this place is only good if you want to scam them because they apparently can’t read the orders or what is on them. Then their drink machine was out of a good 1/3 of the drinks and the popular ones at that. I finally get in my car to eat after that experience just to find the food opened and sideways so the chalupa cheese and lettuce fell out and of course it was somehow on my quesadilla wrapper. The CHICKEN quesadilla was uncut, had black burnt bits on it and maybe a a few little pieces of chicken. The chalupa had no sour cream on it which it had came with, sorry no it did just the tiniest little bit on side of it, and no I don’t mean actually on it they looked like they just smeared a little on the left side of the breading… I say this as a previous Taco Bell worker from a big city where it was actually busy that these are just lazy people and to never go here if you can help it! I wish I read some of these reviews before I went to this horrible place. If I could leave no stars I would in a heartbeat, they don’t even deserve one star.

I asked for 69 hot sauce packs just being silly and received 60. Best customer service ever five star! My mans prolly went in for the full Monty and was gonna, but the dang thing only had that much in it. I applaud you and your effort, it really made me smile.

I am disabled and was told that if I can’t order myself then they didn’t need my money because they didn’t have to take my order anymore. I spent about 50 dollars a day every ordering food for all my coworkers at taco bell and now my money will go to McDonald’s.

This place is a literal joke….all of the staff need to be fired immediately including the manager. There is absolutely no “team work”, no hustle, no common sense. Nothing. We waited over an hour for a pick up order inside. It’s a freaking taco I don’t understand how it takes that long to make. The employees were rude and frustrated because there was no flow at all. We ordered via DoorDash pickup and couldn’t go through the drive thru due to our vehicle being too high… sooo many orders kept going before us even after we had told them our order and they had saw us waiting over an hour. All they could say is sorry we’re short staff but they had a full crew who just had no idea what they were doing. They definitely should not be working in food service. Never will be back.

Why is this the only Taco Bell we consistently have problems with? You pick and choose which items of food to put in the bag. Most of the time it’s made wrong. We have to order extra chicken for a chicken quesadilla otherwise it would be a flat tortilla with mininal cheese. I could go on and on. And you always have a lame excuse…. people are always quitting and you have to keep training new people. Then maybe you need new management because I have never seen an establishment so poorly run. We should get the food we pay for, prepared properly in its entirety. If you can’t manage that 9 times out of 10, you have a problem. A management problem.

This place is a train wreck, possibly the worst TB ever. I ordered inside and while waiting for my order I watched multiple door dashers wait for food that never came. Out of the 6 person crew only one was working on making orders, while the rest were complaining about work. Then when I finally got my food a few items were missing. To add insult to injury the food i did have was not good at all, my cheesy potatoes were so stale u could hammer a nail with one. I’d avoid this particular TB unless you enjoy being disappointed.

Don’t even bother your time, energy, or money. The manager lady is absolutely rude, just as her staff. They can not get an order correct ever and when it is brought to their attention they act like you, the customer, are the problem. Seriously, choose another place.
