This place was disgusting!! Not a clean table in the place with 3 employees standing and talking. Good all over the floor. I asked an employee for a wet rag to clean a table. He said ‘I got you’. Handed me a dry towel. I ordered a power bowl and it barely had any food in it. Very disappointed. I would like to know who owns this Taco Bell. These employees would not have a job if the owner found out!!!

We walked in to the store at the end of an employee and a customer shouting at each other. The employee walked to the back and we stood there for several minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Nobody walked back up to the register and we seen Drive thru orders being filled so we went to our car and went through drive thru. We ordered the taco and burrito cravings pack and was served pretty quickly. These tacos looked so empty. There was about 1 1/2 Tbsp of taco meat on each taco, it was really skimpy, there was more taco shell than meat. The burritos were pathetic. The pictures speak for themselves. It wasn’t even worth the drive to get here.

Come here once or twice a month. I keep giving it chances but I have a 1 in 4 shot of my order actually being correct. As you can see in the picture is a quesadilla with only half of it with filling…and no the other half was not loaded with the missing filling. I know you get what you pay for but this is one of the more expensive items. I will give it positive that the staff is usually friendly.

Overall it is a pretty good place to be, especially for food but I did order a cheesy Fiesta potato with my order, and it definetly isn’t really what I had expected, considering I had gone there for the past 5-ish years. I assume that there has been a change in management lately but this doesn’t entirely seem like a fair excuse, and this is about the second time I’ve gotten Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes like these, and I should have stayed and asked them to remake it, but I didn’t so I will take the blame on that, I do hope that in the near future they add more cheese sauce, and sour cream.

This location is very hit-or-miss. The KFC portion closes at 10, so no late night chicken. And the taco bell side will either nail your order perfectly, or you’ll get home missing at least half of it.

Staff is horrible! The place is always dirty, floors sticky, food order never right. If you order taco bell the tacos can’t even be picked up they are so soggy. You tell them your order is wrong and they literally make you wait 20 more minutes for the rest of your order. By then the food you have in your bag is cold…this store had really went down

They advertise they have different flavor frozen drinks but have only been selling one single flavor of all blue and that’s it since Taco Bell has been selling them; at least for a year now. Then I ordered an all wing meal and was given one leg, one thigh, one breast, and one wing. I took my order inside to have them correct the order but the manager stated she didn’t have time to talk to anyone and didn’t even bother to look my direction. Very horrible customer service. If they would have done their job right the first time, I wouldn’t have been at the inside register to begin with! I try to visit this place as least as possible because I know the results I will get.

This taco bell is the closest to where I live and I have gone too many times always giving it more chances. More often than not we don’t receive all of our items. If we do they’re either skimpy, missing their special sauce, or on one occasion had a metal ball from the nacho cheese machine in it…

Let us sit in the drive thru 20 minutes taking other cars orders (I can only assume, they proceeded to the window) and when we got up to order suddenly they were closed. They weren’t scheduled to be closed for another hour. If it’s after 10pm, don’t waste your time.

I’ve been working in the area for 3yrs. This place is always understaffed which causes long lines in the drive thru and slow service inside. I’ve eaten here a handful of times mainly the taco bell portion. In comparison to other taco bell locations. There is quite a difference in how the food is made. I get specific items like for example the chipotle chicken ranch burrito. It’s never been the same. Sometimes it’s missing ingredients. I also like to get rice and bean burritos that have cheese in them. This location is extremely sparse as far as ingredients I’ve noticed this has been over a course of 3yrs. Idk if people aren’t being properly trained or maybe they’re being told to use minimal amounts in comparison to other locations. Other fast food places in the area have their own issues. If you’re visiting and don’t care and just want to eat food after a day at the beach sure go ahead. I recommend going up to shallote towards Myrtle Beach to the fast food locations there to get your money’s worth if you care about how your food is made. That’s just my personal opinion of the area and the service industry which could do a lot better with the amount of money people spend here to enjoy vacations, work life, and thriving in the area.
