The last two times I have gone to this Taco Bell they managed to mess up my order. How hard is it to put meat, lettuce, and cheese in a taco shell?, I also ordered cinnamon twists and they tasted like chemicals. Get it together people!

The manager on duty you can tell does not want to be there. Im a general manager myself at a different restaurant and know hospitality and how to treat people. Even on my worst day i do not act the way this lady did. Now when my order was messed up on the drive thru line a guy named Josiah did a better job servicing me rather than the manager on duty when i had to go inside to get it fixed. It took him and another gentleman running around even bringing orders out to people in their cars during this rush, while the manager is just walking around in the middle of the rush. Asking questions why they arent or are doing something yet not jumping in to action to help. As a manager you should be supporting your team and leading them so they arent struggling. Kudos to those 2 gentleman

The young lady that brought out my big order was very polite and even went back in to get me more sauces when most others would have complained or said they were out to avoid coming back out. And everything was made to perfection. Definitely recommend this taco bell over any other.

Do not like the required self checkout. Portion sizes have gotten much, much smaller. The bean and beef burrito wraps method has changed to hide the reduced content. Basically all burrito shell. Recent trips have ruined my opinion of this long time staple. Only one other customer during the weekday at 12:15pm and was happy to see one other customer walk out because of the required self check out.

Stopped at 9:45 pm to grab a bite to eat. Signs say open from 10am to 10pm or later. Doors locked , drive through sign turned off, employee sitting in lobby playing on phone. Really is disappointing to be traveling on road and think you can stop and grab something to eat, yet no one wants to work but they still want to ride the clock and get paid.

The drive thru line was too long and not moving, so I walked inside. No one would take my order or even acknowledge me standing at the register. The restaurant had a bad odor. I noticed a self service kiosk and placed my order. I got my food, but my taco supreme was terrible. I took one bite and had to throw the rest away. I think something had gone bad in it. My wife smelled it and said it wasn’t right and wouldn’t taste it. The quesadilla and the loaded burrito were both good.
