Trash! I got a steak quesadilla and it literally had 6 bite size pieces of steak and unmelted cheese. I know the bar is low for taco bell but some decent food I don’t think is too much to ask! Won’t go there again.

Chalupas have become our most favorite and knowing that they’ll be delicious every time keeps us coming back! The only thing that wasn’t 100% were the tables in the dining room. Some of them hadn’t been cleaned but the restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms.

Walked up to an open door, no fly protection for the inside. No concern for the A/C wasting away. Ordered a large cup, paid an extra dime, they gave me a small one. I told them the Mountain Dew drink was out, “We Know!” was what I got as a reply. Same old scrap as a couple weeks ago playing Soda Lottery. Which ones a winner, today?

Came through just now and ordered 2 soft shell supreme tacos. Had to repeat it 4 times bc the person was too busy talking to other people to listen to my order. I even asked her what came on it. So she very well knew I ordered the supreme and not the regular. She rang up 2 regular soft shell tacos. Idk why I keep giving this location a chance. It’s a disappointment every single time. They desperately need new management and new employees that actually work instead of playing around. I couldn’t tell you one single time they have ever gotten my order correct. Iv worked fast food. Much higher volume than what they have. It’s not rocket science. If they think it is, they should be fired.

This is a great little Taco Bell in Newton and you couldn’t ask for a better the job the staff did was phenomenal considering they were undermanned if they had more help they’d be five stars but that’s not the fault of the employees or anyone else it’s clean it’s a very friendly atmosphere and for the amount of people in here the service you got was so quick it was outstanding the food was good served on time and the order was correct. I would come back anytime and I recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. The parking lot was full and there was multiple spaces still on plenty of parking it was wheelchair accessible and very kid friendly I think anyone would enjoy this place

Needs better management.. Was talked to and treated like I wasn’t even a human being… You have to remember in management and or in general ..You never know what people go through and then they come in trying to get something to eat and They talk to you like they would talk to there sister or brother (rude, Sarcastic, highly disrespectful etc..) Highly disappointed , I guess They will hire anyone theses days and call them a manager.. When people walk in you should make them feel Valued not Like they’re walking into a dungeon and talked to and treated like nothing.

I ordered to go so not sure about the atmosphere of eating there. food has always been as expected tho. They are pretty high these days, $2 for a regular old small taco, but if your a fan of the $5 boxes, you can order online and build your own $5 box. Example: I get a chalupa, 5 layer burrito, cinna twists, and a drink for just $5.

Terrible, awful service I went in and stood why people ordered on kiosk when I asked if they took orders I was told they didn’t have any cashiers. How do you unlock a door to a restaurant without someone to take orders? From the looks of drive thru they must not have many workers even though I counted five. This old man left and went to the house where I fixed a better lunch anyway. Welcome to the Biden years.

Soda fountains for Pepsi Sugar free and MD sugar-free were low on soda. The employees walk past the counter with their backs to the counter where the customers are. I was at this location when the old building was there and told their owners in Morganton to level it and forget about it. It’s cursed. They said they could rebuild and hire better staff that cared. From what I saw yesterday,they rebuilt it but they failed at hiring staff that care. That is except for one man. I dont know his name but he had dreads, a mustache, and was wearing and Africa pendant I believe. He rushed thru making the food and seemed to care about his job, at least in front of customers. I hate coming off like a Karen but it bugged me to know how many people ordered drinks and drove off or had food delivered and not one of those employees could figure out some soda syrup tanks.
