Every time I have gotten an item with chips they have tasted like chemicals or metal. It seems that they don’t change their oil often enough? That is the only explanation I can think of for it. Otherwise the food is decent, but it’s hard to enjoy your nachos when they are chemically and soaked with oil.

This is honestly the worst Taco Bell. The food never tastes like normal Taco Bell. It’s never made well. The tacos are poorly filled. The burritos are poorly wrapped. Even the tortilla chips that I got tonight were messed up. They were soft and tasted weird! We’ve given this Taco Bell multiple chances since it opened and it’s just terrible. Like whoever is manager, you need to retrain ALL of your employees who handle the food bc they have no idea what they are doing.

Since the newest place opened up in town, the quality of food had dropped considerably. When I actually received my order and not having it handed off to someone in the drive-thru lane, the food has weird metallic taste to it, in particular the crunch wraps. The soft taco shells are often moist and stick to the wrapping. The fountain drinks also have a strange taste that I haven’t experienced at any other fast food joint in town.

I went through the drive through and I got a cheese quesdilla and soft taco. The soft taco was great but the last few times I have came here. The cheese on my quesdilla was not melted in the slightest bit. Not 1 shred of cheese was melted. Then there was no quesdilla sauce.

Okay so I’ve ate at a lot of restaurants and a lot of taco bells, menu is the same all around for the most part, but now the service here was different. We ordered on the kiosk. Picked up our order and sat down. My food was wrong, no big deal. What the big deal was how they handled it. They were SUPER busy and made mine quickly and fixed it all. Their attitude about it was so kind and respectful. That’s what made the difference to me. Great employees.

Unprofessional, rude and hateful. Went to pick up a doordash order Went through the drive thru. Also told them I’d like to add another order, proceeded to tell her my order and then I got hit with “I thought you had doordash”, didn’t seem to grasp the fact I had 2 orders, tried to explain it to them then i finally received my food, checked it and it was wrong asked for a soft taco and got a hard shell. I went inside so I could get what I ordered and who I believe to be the Manger walked out the cooler or freezer and said “not this b**** again” then proceeded to yell at the girl at the window to see what I wanted.
