I came with my family, and there were 5 of us, so we ended up ordering a good amount of food. We went inside and ordered on the kiosk, which was simple enough. I got a chicken quesadilla, nacho fries, and cheesy fiesta potatoes. The pictures somewhat speak for themselves… my quesadilla was burnt, and the cheesy fiesta potatoes were not that cheesy. We also had to wait on the nacho fries, but 15 minutes passed so I reminded a manager that we still were waiting on our two orders of nacho fries. The person that made them for us gave us an extra for waiting, which I really appreciated. The food was edible, but the restaurant itself was not stocked well, and the bathrooms were not clean nor was the soap dispenser functional. I like Taco Bell but I probably will not return to this location because of the inconsistencies with the food.

This Taco Bell is conveniently located in downtown Sylva, North Carolina. The food is always good. They used to have a very grouchy older woman working the takeout window. I think she must have found other work because she hasn’t been there the last few times I’ve stopped. The people at the window lately have been very pleasant or I wouldn’t have left a 5 Star.

The food was GREAT! Hot & fresh! Good flavors, too! There were 4 of us, and we were STARVING after a long day of offroad trail riding. All of us were very impressed with the Sylva, NC Taco Bell!! Keep up the good work, folks!! However, I will say, I do not like having to order from a computer screen! Then the people that came in behind us were greeted, and their order was taken by a managerial worker and delivered to the counter before our was… granted, ours was a big order. So, I’ll give a little slack there. Great food! Thanks!!

I just moved up here from the Atlanta area. Stopped here for lunch yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. This Taco Bell is 10 times nicer than any Atlanta Taco Bell I have been in the past 30 years. The food was prepared better the building was cleaner and the people were more friendly. You folks with the bad reviews don’t know how good you have it.

No posted information that lobby was closed. I was told by a worker they were closed. I stood there for 10 minutes while staff cooked and spoke amongst themselves. I recommend calling or ordering online if you want to use this restaurant.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme. The employee asked if I wanted extra beef, I said yes. Thank God I did or it would have had NO BEEF. there was no tomatoes, it was thin and floppy, and all the little bit of meat on it was right down the middle. Not worth buying.
