These guys were the greatest! Every one of them very friendly! Fast service! The food was great! When I first came in the store, I placed my order and I had mentioned that my sugar was real low. I was on some new medicine for my diabetes, and that I needed to eat quick as I could! One of the guys offered me at his cost, some orange juice to bring my sugar up immediately! He showed compassion! I thought that was very considerate! Evidently he knows a little something about diabetes! And cares about people in general! I had the chalupa box! But they were out of the bread for the chalupas. So they substituted the chalupa for a nacho Bell grande! You couldn’t beat this with a stick!

The 3 stooges working do not have a clue about working a restaurant. Didn’t really seem to care to know either! We were here for breakfast. Half of us got breakfast and the rest of us had to order lunch. We were told they were out of eggs because they didn’t plan for this many people to eat breakfast. Boooo!!! There was maybe 4 people even at the restaurant.

Place is dirty the Mexicans was made with dry beans, did not read the directions on what not to put on the food and forgot a food in order. Now I see why no one was there and McDonald’s was super buzy. Needs a good cleaning inside and out…

We went here and my grown son went in before I did and placed his order. I went in about 5 or 6 minutes later and stood at the counter probably 10 minutes if not longer and never got to place my order. The workers acted like they were on drugs or didn’t have a clue what they were even doing. They saw me at the counter but never did even come take my order. I finally walked out. My son waited probably 25 minutes and still hadn’t gotten his food so asked for a refund. They acted like the window orders was more important to them. I would not recommend this place at all and we will not go back. We were on vacation and went here to get us something to eat for supper. They lost around $30 on just us. This place needs to get better management or close the doors. This was the one in Cherokee, Nc..

I ordered my food the woman taking my order was very rude and impatient. then I waited for 35 minutes while they focused only on the drive through because they were trying to get a better score on the drive through leaderboard that was on a TV so everyone could see. they were 63rd if anyone wondered. then when I asked for a refund because I had to get back to work they were rude about it and were sarcastic to me.

This has to be the slowest “fast food” place I’ve ever been to in my life. Took 35 minutes to order with 5 cars ahead of me. Judging from the people driving back around they also messed up almost every order.

My daughter asked to go there for lunch on our way home from TN. Hesitant, we said ok but needed to eat in ( not eating tacos in the car). We were very impressed! This was the Chick fil A of Taco bell’s. It was extremely clean ( bathrooms too!) The kiosks weren’t working but the staff was super courteous and friendly. Our food looked so nice. The tacos weren’t falling apart and looked so fresh. Then the manager walked by each table speaking to each guest and asking how the food was! Super super job!!! Great experience

Disgusting Twice now, the food has smelled and tasted like strong chemicals. (Specifically the mexican pizza) Afterwards, I’ve been sick. Something very wrong with this Taco Bell. Waiting in the drive thru over 25min not uncommon here. Go to Arby’s instead.
