Don’t think I’ve ever gotten the right order from here. Food is super sloppy. The forget to put in half the order but charge you for it. Called to get a refund for the missing items (we have infant twins) and not only do they laugh when you tell them why you’re calling but a manager never comes to the phone. Whoever was working at 7pm on Friday July 28th is terrible. Contacting corporate instead seems to be a better option.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and had someone look at be one time. I just left and went Subway. Need a whole new staff. I can’t believe this place stays in business. Looks like the owners don’t read all these negative reviews.

Went at 7:30pm to pick up an order inside – doors locked. Hours never mentioned dining room hours – people inside saw me trying to open the door. About 6-7 people pulled up and drove away due to locked doors. I walked around to the drive-thru and they gave me my order and acted like nothing was wrong. Not cleaning or anything, door just locked with no explanation.

Ordered at the kiosk since there wasn’t anyone at the counter. Upgraded to a large drink and after waiting 15-20 minutes for my food, was informed they don’t have any drinks. Enjoyed my food with a room temp water at the cost of a couple of bucks. The guy making the food was nice but there seems to be no leadership present and Taco Bell as a whole has been off. I first tried going to the Harbison location at noon on a Tuesday and it was closed.

This Taco Bell was NOT that busy on 7-19-2023, and there was one truck at the drive thru & not but maybe 1 or 2 cars in parking lot. I ordered 3 soft taco supremes, & 3 hard taco supremes without tomatoes. I said it twice into the speaker. The truck had pulled off like maybe a minute by the time I pulled up to get to window. The girl took my $17, & it took 15-18 minutes to make those tacos. I was getting so furious bc all I could see was a bunch of laughing & carrying on.

Been here about 20 times and about 8 of those they either say they aren’t serving or just never talk through the drive through speaker. Another 5 times they get my order wrong completely. Would not recommend, staff seems like they just don’t want to work.

This place is already getting my order wrong and giving me cold stale food. I’ve ordered from here twice because it’s close to my job. First order,I got back to work and the soft taco and chalupa were hard as a rock. I called and complained to the shift manager whom asked me to come speak to the GM later. 2nd order, I get all the way back to work and my soft taco is stuck to the paper and soggy. With the nacho fries hard and not worth eating. I didn’t bother to call the store but I won’t be ordering again cause it’s just not worth the trip back over to talk to someone

Allen came to the door the business is under construction so I asked him what was the protocol to pick up an order? He asked me the order name and which vehicle I was in told me to wait in my car they would bring it out after about 10 minutes I walked back to the door to see what is taking so long for Allen to state ohhhh you have to drive around!!! Do better!!!
