You get no stars whatsoever the nasty Food I’ve eaten a very long time coldest tacos that I’ve ever had every time I go there. They mess it up. You wait 45 minutes everything ice cold as a brick. Worst customer service I’ve ever been around straight sad I mean Broad Street Sumter, South Carolina Taco Bell need to be shut the down everybody needs to be fired all way to the managers general manager etc just to give these ungrateful disrespectful people a job there knowledge thinking they deserve jobs they all need to go play in traffick

The worst Taco Bell in Sumter. Every time we go there it is a long wait. Our last trip there we ordered the family pack of soft shell tacos and there was a spoonful portion of meat inside the taco. And this was all of them! I don’t know if they were low on meat or just being stingy. I hope management makes some changes because this is pitiful! I have posted pictures of a taco that we received to show how much meat was inside.

Ordered online and didn’t receive one of the correct burritos. Called ahead of time and system was working but was down when we got there. Got my online order thankfully but my friend didn’t get what she wanted (Baja freeze which you can’t order online). So basically you can access online orders but system is down? Doesn’t add up… Not the first time I went there either and the system was down. My friend ended up ordering a drink online and while waiting for it an employee walked over and yelled into the speaker in the drive thru resulting the drive thru employee thinking it was my friend. My friend had to tell the employee that it wasn’t her so she wouldn’t get upset at her.

I tried to order a Baja blast through the app and was unable to due to the app saying it wasn’t available at this location. I called ahead to verify that they actually had that drink and then I arrived to location within 5 minutes. Once arriving there, I was told the system was down, and they were unable to make an order this time. A friend in the car with me who had a mobile order, and they were somehow able to process a mobile order while their system was down. She received food but it was wrong. I later placed a mobile order for a similar item. And while waiting to see if my mobile order could process, there was a very rude employee who walked around the building stalked around my car and then hollered to the. Speaker, WHAT’S TAKING YALL SO LONG. The lady inside had a verry rude reaction and didn’t believe that her coworker said that until he comfirmed over the headset. Neither one was apologetic about the matter and when I recived my drink the lady was rude.

Employees there are a joke. They don’t listen to management, they do what they want, very argumentative with customers, on their personal phones and ignoring customers. Taco Bell on Broad Street can’t seem to get it together. I CAN say that the female manager does try but they have the wrong types of employees there.

I thought I was the only one getting shorted on ingredients, my tacos had no tomatoes or chicken, same with the burritos, I was given a large cup of hot tea and told sorry we don’t have any ice, What!! Horrible experience and this has happened more than once. I only want what I am paying for, I just saw on the news Taco bell is getting sued for cutting ingredients .

Horrible service was directed by the drive thru to go wait in the mobile order spot wich i could understand if i wasnt the only car in line. So of course i went and parked yep for 20 min. Waiting on nachos and tacos all the while employees standing around on their phones, i know what a surprise in todays version of customer service. Then to make it a perfect experience i got home and yep no hot sauce bad enough they didnt have fire sauce. Great job taco bell you are an example of quality customer service.

This has to be the worse place to get food. Every time they make you pull around and wait and it takes for ever, well tonight we had to pull into a mobile spot and was told it would be brought out, well it wasnt and after 15 mins and it saying our order was given to us and it wasn’t I went in and it was sitting on the counter but missing 2 items this is the worst taco bell I’ve been to in my life like come on its fast food. It’s not hard. It wasn’t busy. Do better, I know it’s sumter and service isn’t really a thing but at least give people there food before saying they have it. I wish I could leave a negative star review.
