Dude at the drive through speaker asked us to wait, then told us to order, then said to wait again. We order and they ask us to wait at mobile pickup. We do and it takes 10 minutes which is fine. The same guy came out and gave us our food, could not really speak a word we didn’t understand what he was saying. Then he forgot our drinks. My boyfriend went in and asked about the drinks and the guy seemed half out of it, seriously. He couldn’t understand what he was saying so my boyfriend just grabbed the drinks himself. I also don’t know why they quit putting combos in their boxes, it’s a total mess in our bag. If you’re gonna work somewhere be attentive and COMMUNICATE. I don’t know if the guy was high or having a bad day.

This location is brand new and just opened recently. The food has been good. Appears clean and never a really long wait. They have messed up my order and forgot things a couple times, which I understand happens. They did make it right when I returned. One thing that’s strange is that there are these great deals on family meals or meals for two, but you have to use the app. They cannot sell you the deal if you call or show up and ask for it. So use the app and order on the app and then go pick it up.

I ordered online around 11:50pm 07/24/2023, because the hours online stated OPEN UNTIL 2AM drive thru. My first issue was y’all not answering when I pulled up to the speaker. My second issue was me pulling up to the window seeing y’all in there and refusing to acknowledge a customer.

Placed an order, and for an HOUR it said it was just received. I drove all the way in to ask about it, and stood in the lobby while all 6 staff looked at me and refused to acknowledge me otherwise, FOR OVER TEN MINUTES. Meanwhile I have a screaming newborn at home, so not only am I physically uncomfortable standing there, I had to leave without getting my food and I had to cancel my order because no one apparently could be bothered? For shame, Taco Bell. This is the absolute worst service I’ve had here to date. Wtah, guys?

Every car that was in line was told to park and I personally waited 10 minutes only to get home and my food was stale. When back and waited another 10mins and my food was soggy at this point I just gave up. To be a new restaurant to my side it’s terrible will not be returning!
