This location is consistently bad. WAY too many incidents to go into detail. One time I had to go back 3 (yes, THREE) times before my order was correct. Then for my inconvenience, they gave me coupons for 3 free tacos that were EXPIRED. I posted photos of my chicken taco (hold the lettuce) and my burnt steak quesadilla. (Yep, it’s chicken.)

I have really tried with this Taco Bell, we enjoyed Taco Bell in New York. Have had several burnt crunch wraps, no drinks available most times. Will be throwing this in the trash and making something I am done.

This pains me to say because I love taco bell, but I need to update this review due to multiple bad experiences over the course of several months. There is a pattern of bad management. The orders are consistently wrong, and never in your favor, but always in a monetary loss to you. Even when they are out of items they do not communicate that with me, but instead substitute with lesser – not equal – items or quantity or they give nothing at all and you are just missing items. When they are out of large drinks they give you medium drinks, they only give you less than what you paid for. If you paid in the app they cannot refund you. I recommend avoiding this location for the foreseeable future.

Drive thru lady always sucks ever since they hired her.. she rushed us to order… Then once ready to order it’s like she was just ignoring us.. we left last time I’m going. I don’t know whose idea it was to hire that super unprofessional lady . But I recommended getting someone with better customer service and communication skills… Let me know when she gone then we will come back … Going to the other taco bell

Absolute trash. Half the time they say their “system is down” because they don’t feel like taking orders and when you are able to order, it looks like this, sad excuse of a chicken quesadilla and even forgot the sauce.

This particular Taco Bell is the best that I’ve ever been to. The food is always good and yes we’re talking about Taco Bell! Food is never chintzy, always made perfect and you get what you actually pay for. Customer service is on point and it’s always clean in there. I go here once a week for lunch and I haven’t been to Taco Bell for many years. Keep up the excellent service!!!

As a delivery driver, as well as a customer, this location is one of the lower quality Taco Bell. The inside is never open, despite the instructions in the app stating to come inside. I don’t think they’ve taken the chairs off the tables in a long time. So as far as atmosphere it’s a 0.

One of the worst experience in my life. Put the order in, waited 10 minutes, asked and i was told it’s coming. Waited 35 minutes, asked again, i was told i gave it to someone else. I waited again, was delivered the wrong order. At that point, i got a little affirmative, the manager started being very, very rude… Told me that i had no right to yell, which i was not, i was only demanding to either give me the order or the money back after 40 minutes waiting… No way to run a business…

I have been here three separate times in the last two weeks. Each time I have gone through drive thru, and there has been nobody else in line as well as no customers in store. I have been asked to pull out of drive thru and wait in a parking space for my order. It has been 25-30 minutes wait each time, the order is wrong, no napkins, none of the sauce I asked for and the food is always cold. The staff has a very poor attitude and openly complains while I’m at the window about how they hate their jobs and how they don’t care for the customers, etc. Do better Taco Bell, this is the worst fast food experience.i have ever had, and I have given it multiple tries but I will not be back to done at this location. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else to eat.
