Today we had great customer service at the drive through. The woman who took our order answered questions and was helpful with the menu. At the window she handed our food promptly with gloves on, and told us to have a good day with a smile. She was awesome and it doesn’t go unnoticed! We got the grilled cheese burrito, beef chalupa’s (no tomato), nacho supreme verda fries, tacos and watermelon lemonade slush. The drink was good and flavorful.

I’m not sure if it’s a lack of care in the work that you do or what but this is the last time I order something that cost 7.50 and it comes looking like it went through a storm that’s how I got my Mexican pizza, how hard is it to get people the food they ordered and it not look like it does and the meat in the tacos at times has no flavor. People need to be retrained or go find something else your good at doing because this isn’t it.

This visit I was pleasantly surprised. Who is working can make all the difference. Some days are not so good. The price for their tacos has almost doubled in the last few years. So I don’t visit them as frequently. Taco Bel supreme hard and soft tacos make me happy!

I don’t know what the fuss is all about being happy on getting these taco bell pizza back. This one here was a hot nasty mess. Never buy this again not for that price. Definitely wasn’t fresh. And I love taco bell. It’s certain ones you have to go too and some base on the time of the day. I do recommend Taco Bell but the choice of which one is up to you.

The 2 ladies working were the only workers in the business and let me tell you those 2 ladies never missed a beat kept up the inside orders as well as the drive thru and did not have any one come back with problems with their order so those 2 ladies really work hard for the taco bell company and really need to be appreciated for a job well done. Done better than a whole dang crew. All taco bells around need to see these ladies in action and the way they work showed its not just a job and I just can’t say enough good things about them best service I’ve had anywhere without problems in years. Okvi went there an got a breakfast box I’m really not familiar with there menu so I look online before I came . I like 5.00 dollar meals cause I don’t really like eating out . So I got the steak cruch wrap it had a hash brown an some cinnamon bun I guess in the box. How bout soon as I bit into the wrap food start falling out. Then the hash brown was so crispy where they had fried it so hard it was just crust. They only thing that was good was the cinnamon things it’s like little roud donuts. I probably want go back to that location.

I don’t get to sit down often to eat lunch. And I love taco bell. But it’s hard to sit down and enjoy my lunch when a child that cant be more than 2 or 3 is right under you wanting your drink and food. I have two kids of my own and the little girl was very sweet. It was clear she belong to someone working there and I get having to bring your child to work sometimes but you can’t have a child that young left unattended. I had to leave and eat my lunch in my car because the child was trying to climb in my lap. Again I have kids but its not professional having a child running about trying to get into customers laps and food.

Usually service is good but today it really sacked. There was 1 cashier who ignored me for 6 minutes as she went through a customer’s phone (I’m sure she knew the guy. The were too familiar with each other not to know one another) After that guy left, she continued to ignore me. I finally told her who I was with and they had even started my delivery order! I was in Taco Bell for almost 30 minutes, being ignored most of the time, before I got the food. The service and the short cashier with long red and black braids really needs to be retrained!! If I was the secret boss, I’d fire her on the spot!!!
