I typically love Taco Bell and we went 10 minutes out of our way to stop at this Taco Bell… worst mistake ever! We ordered chips and cheese, they forgot the chips, I ordered crunch wrap supreme with no sour cream, it came with sour cream, my husband literally had 8 fries with his order, our tacos hardly had any meat, cheese, or lettuce on them, and our nacho bell grande was more like a taco salad. Not one whole chip in the bunch, all crumbs (see pics below). They were nice enough to remake my crunch wrap with no sour cream, and quickly. It seemed like it took for ever to get our food, probably because we were so hungry…. But turned into disappointment once we got our food. The management needs to make some changes soon or this TacoBell/ KFC won’t be open for much longer. You would think at noon the place would be packed, but only 2-3 other people in the place. This should have been our first clue to run, and drive 40 mins up the road for a better Taco Bell. And to top things off our bill was $53 for a family of 4…Wowza! I spent a lot of time with this review that I would hope the manger would respond… we shall see!!

ABSOLUTELY WORST TACO BELL IVE EVER BEEN TO. FOOD WAS COLD, NOT MADE CORRECT, SOGGY….YES I SAID SOGGY. I ORDERED STEAK CHALUPAS, THEY CAME OUT COMPLETELY MESSED UP WITH SOME KIND OF ORANGE SAUCE ALL OVER THEM, NO CHEESE, THE SOUR CREAM WAS GROSS OBVIOUSLY OUTDATED AND GRITTY AND WORST OF ALL COMPLETELY SQUISHED. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS IF IT SAVED MY LIFE. I WILL LITERALLY DRIVE 30 PLUS MINUTES TO A DIFFERENT TACO BELL. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!

Abysmal. Terrible. I only gave them 1 star because Google doesn’t allow for 0. My daughter ordered 2 chicken power bowls, 1 beefy 5 layer burrito, and 5 soft tacos. 1. She waited 40 minutes for the order. When they brought it to her, the power bowls weren’t in the bag, so she waited another 15 minutes 2. They brought out 4 hard tacos and 1 soft taco 3. The Beefy 5 layer burrito was COLD. Like, it came out of the refrigerator 6. The power bowls were in black takeout trays like you would get at a chinese restaurant, covered with saran wrap. They had obviously been pre-made, probably hours before. No guacemole sauce, and the refried beans were rock hard

Overall a terrible Taco Bell… I’ve never been to a worse Taco Bell in my life. I expect the food to be the same at all Taco Bell’s. Also, the employee taking my order wasn’t very nice or patient. I’m definitely not stopping here again.

Got charged 20.03 dollars for 4 soft shell tacos. No receipt in bag. Was told at drive through it would be 7 dollars. Guess I paid for someone else food to. Just a warning to everyone to check your receipt their is some shady stuff going on at that store. Plus it’s nasty as hell..

32 dollars for 9 soft tacos and 3 drinks. It wasn’t necessarily that the tacos were bad In terms of quality, they were just cold and poorly put together. They were less taco and more burrito.

Spent 60 dollars they forgot my fries and the food didn’t have any meat or cheese on my steak quesidillas and no chipotle. Tacos were soggy as hell. Absolutely the worst. This place needs to be closed down.

I haven’t been here in a while because last time all the food was made sloppy and falling apart. Figured it’s been 6 months so I’d try it again, same thing… food comes out falling apart in the wrappers like they threw it all in a blender. Won’t be back again

Took 25 minutes to get 3 Chalu pas and THEN the clerk didn’t want to give us our food because I had to go in to tell them that we hadn’t gotten our food, and she wanted to see a receipt first, which they did not give us in the first place!! This place sucks big time. They need decent workers.

Food is standard tasty Taco Bell, but on one occasion, I showed up about 20 minutes before closing and the lady who took my order went the extra mile to make me happy when they didn’t have a ton of stuff due to closing soon. Wish I got her name. Awesome trip!
