Probably the worst taco bell experience I’ve ever had. The only good thing about my visit was the girl at the window was nice. Allegedly, their fryers weren’t working, and they ran out of most of their food items, so we were limited on what we could order.

EVERYTIME, seriously everytime I have gone to this location there is a problem. They close early, out of beef, and tonight the only drink they have is Strawberry Lemonade… not even sweet tea. How hard is it to stay open and stocked. I will never, NEVER, give this Taco Bell business again. I am completely done. My poor DoorDash guy had to call twice because of their incompetence. Absolutely ridiculous for a business to have this many problems. Shame on the owner and the managers.

I stood in line for several minutes waiting to order. There was a UPS manager waiting for a signature and the manager came over signed did the package and ignored me completely. After a few more minutes a young lady asked me to use the kiosk to order my food. I said I would prefer not to and she told me how busy they were. The next 3 guys that came in came up to the register and ordered from the cashier. Just not feeling the love over here

I worked for TacoBell for about 4-5 yrs when I was younger. I don’t understand how the orders can get messed up and the quality of the food can be just as bad. THE JOB IS NOT THAT HARD… I did not get double meat on either of the items I asked for and my food was cold…I ordered it for takeout in the lobby and waited 20 min for it and it was cold when I unwrapped it…simply inexcusable, if you can’t push out hot food at a fast food restaurant then good luck in the rest of your life
