Let me tell you, I will NEVER be back to this location. My roommate placed a mobile order to this location and we arrived at around 7 to pick it up, the drive through was already down and the only entrance was locked. The employees saw us outside the door that clearly said they didn’t close the dining area until 20. They came out of the employee side entrance and asked what we wanted. We told them about our pick up order, and they said to go through the drive through. When we told them we’d already tried that, they went back inside. We went back through the drive through and as we were waiting by the window, they locked it and I could hear the employees laughing at us from inside. Currently on hold with corporate…

Came at 10 pm and the food was nice and hot but cashier refused to sell us soft drinks and said we could order tea. Even though we could clearly see that the soft drink machine looked like it was in well working condition. It was obvious they had already cleaned it and just wanted to keep and leave tonight on time. Very disappointed. Just close early if your going to deny your customers the ability to order off your menu.

Used to be good. But this week I’ve ordered twice and both times been given beef when I ordered vegetarian. Is it short staffed? Are the workers not getting paid enough? Management needs to step up and make sure the employees have the training and support they need.

This place is ridiculous. We have been there 6 times in the last 2 months. I was hoping that they were just working out kinks. I was wrong. Every time we go there NEVER have anything that is advertised. And tonight I actually got soft tacos with no meat on them. We will never go here again. Don’t waste your time.
