Absolutely do not eat here. The woman at the drive through was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I got home to eat, which was only just down the road, I was beyond disappointed. All the items were less than stellar. The crunch wrap had barely any meat and was missing a shell, the taco had fallen apart and was soggy like it had been made much earlier than my order and the 5 layer burrito was lacking meat and so disgusting we through it away. The best part about that meal is that it ended. We were left hungry and disappointed.

I have been to this location a few times. I have used the drive-through once, and have ordered inside using the kiosks three times. Using the drive-through was an interesting experience so I opt for ordering inside now. Ordering inside is a nice experience. The workers are super helpful and friendly. I typically get a quesadilla and the cheesy fiesta potatoes. I have not had any issues with incorrect orders so far, so I am pleased. Taco Bell is pretty affordable for what it is, compared to similar restaurants like Chiptole. This is a new location, so many of the employees are new, that being said: try to be charitable in your thinking when it comes to mistakes. All in all, a good location and a nice addition to International Drive.

YOUR ORDER WILL BE WRONG!!I bit into my chalupa it was soggy and tasted like perfume! My boyfriend ordered the Mexican pizza and it had nothing in between,along with a mountain of sloppy toppings,which had stuck on the top of the box, because it was in the bottom of the bag.We just threw everything in the trash!Everything that was good,they took off the menu anyways. I stopped eating fast food for awhile,and then you forget in a year how awful your experience is so you think to give it another shot.BOOM!!!!,it’s worse than before. Everything has gotten so expensive,that your better off throwing in 5-10 more bucks and going to chilli’s or outback, Chipotle…Jersey Mike’s..anywhere but here! Trust me!

Ordered from here multiple times and never had a problem, but not sure who they had this morning but when I picked up my order there was an iced coffee with the straw and creamer taped to the lid, with another iced coffee missing. Had to tell a worker who had sunglasses on that the other iced coffee was missing and when we got it, it wasn’t even an iced coffee it was hot with hardly any ice in it. Other than that, great food and service all other times though

The order we received was completely wrong. We were supposed to receive two cheese quesadillas and we got something so far removed from our order I can’t even contemplate what happened. If I could get back there I would demand refund. This service is completely subpar and I am so disappointed. Never going here again

Worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. Crunchwrap had nothing in it other than 1/4 of the inside. The taco had maybe a teaspoon of meat and cheese. Beefy 5 layer burrito had nothing in it but beans. Chipotle ranch chicken burrito has a tablespoon of chicken and tortilla strips. Nothing more. I will be calling corporate to complain as this is basically nothing but a pile of tortillas.

Taco bell is my favorite fast food. This location is awful. My vegetarian order has been messed up on 2 different occasions, with no follow up from the store. So I’m out money and still hungry. Don’t bother ordering through the app, they don’t read
