I recently visited the establishment and initially went through the Drive Thru, but due to technical issues, I was kindly asked to come inside. Unfazed, I proceeded indoors to place my order, assisted by a gentleman who handled the transaction. When he inquired about my preference between a soft or crunchy taco, I specified crunchy and requested mild sauce. Given my close proximity, I eagerly collected my order once it was ready and headed home. Upon reaching my destination, I sensed something amiss as I retrieved the bag—it lacked the expected aroma and warmth. Upon closer inspection, I realized the order was incorrect: a soft taco without sauce, and the food had cooled. Notably, the absence of other customers upon my arrival led me to anticipate a wait, understanding that items might need to be freshly prepared due to low business volume. As I indulged in the crunch wrap, I was disappointed to find the ingredients overly soggy. Furthermore, the taco’s assembly was visibly subpar, with meat confined to one side, indicative of a lack of proper arrangement. (I moved it with a fork). This experience left me profoundly dissatisfied, especially considering that this meal was meant to satiate me. Having invested a substantial amount, I regretfully conclude that the establishment fell short in terms of service, consideration, and quality. Consequently, I have made the decision not to patronize this establishment again.

only doing 1 star bc I have to, its absolutely a 0 star location! traveling through, we stopped and got a party box. at the window when my husband was asking for what sauces we wanted the lady cut him off with a “ight” as she closed the window. when they brought the food out, we had no sauce or napkins. went inside and everyone was just standing around with headphones in. once parked to eat, we opened the tacos. they must have a meat shortage. however, they must be fully stocked on lettuce bc thats all that was in our tacos. glad we kept the order simple and didn’t spend the money we would have on our normal taco bell order back at home. $16 down the drain.

First off the lady that took our order was absolutely rude. Her whole demeanor just screamed I hate being here . We ordered 2 crunchwrap Supreme boxes and I actually went in to ask her what it was we were given cause every other taco bell I’ve been to didn’t have crunch wraps.that looked like quesadillas . Again her attitude and demeanor was ugly . I understand retail is stressful but I was being very kind and didn’t appreciate any of that!!

Every time we go into this location the order is incorrect and never ready. We even try to place order online so we don’t have to wait for them to cook the chicken. This does not help. We still have to wait for the chicken to be cooked eventhough we received a notification stating the order is ready for pick up. When we go through the drive through and place our order we feel so rushed by the person taking our order we usually end up not ordering several items because we feel so rushed. I guess thats better for our pocketbook in the long run. Customer service is so different these days, I liked it when you were made to feel like you actually mattered as a customer and not just someone who is interrupting playing game on their cell phone as you stand there and wait for them to finish to take your order.

My family and I went to this Taco Bell/KFC last night. After placing our order, we were instructed to pull to a parking space to wait for our food. Several other customers were also waiting in parking spaces. Thirty minutes AFTER we placed our order, I decided to go inside to get a refund. Two or three other guests also went inside to get refunds at the same time. One of them had been waiting over 40 minutes on her food. I remained polite and requested to just have my food refunded since I had already been given the drinks. The employees told me that my order was ready and asked if I still wanted it. I said, yes I would still take it if it was ready. I moved over to the side of the counter while they were processing refunds for other guests. From there, I could see them preparing my family’s order and proceeded to watch them cook and prepare the whole thing over the next 10 minutes, so my order had not only not been ready, it had not even been started. Another guest waiting outside told us that he had been waiting for 30 minutes and stated that the employees had given his order to someone else and were now remaking his order. It was complete chaos as the drive thru and the parking lot just continued to fill up with vehicles. I don’t know what the problem was as to why they could not get orders done, done correctly, and handed out to guests. The least they should have done was told new guests that arrived that they were backed up and to expect at least a 30 minute wait instead of taking their money and expecting them to sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes. After all this, I tried to complete the survey on my receipt, but the first part of the code was cut off so I couldn’t even report my experience.

Spending time near this location. Eating there a few times a week for lunch. They’ve got the order wrong nearly everytime. I’ve got extra food I didn’t order and they have a habit of giving crunchy tacos when you order soft tacos. But taco is taco. It’s still good.
