Beans were hard as a rock on my pizza and burrito. Went inside to get my money 2 employees had smart mouths with me and we made a big scene inside in front of customers so I had to threaten to fight. General manager had to handle it and was extremely helpful. She was amazing

Terrible service. It took 3 people take order, and they made wrong order. Order sweet tea and got unsweet, and ordered chicken quesadilla and they gave me cheese only. When said I was missing an item (which they forgot to add to begin with), they told I have to go back in line and order it again. REALLY!!!

Went through the drive thru. Started to place the order. Was told they couldn’t do the Mexican pizza. Said ok and ordered other things. No response. No confirmation or total. We waited at the speaker for a while. The other cars pulled off, so we pulled up to the window to ask about the order. With a deer in headlights look, the guy looked from his screen to us before asking if we placed an order. Said we tried and repeated the order. He gets flustered and was like was like “well ill have to ring it in now.” And he acted like it was an inconvenience. Needless to say, we said nevermind and left. This location used to be decent but the staff has ruined it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

On this last visit this location was a little short on the chicken for the soft tacos. Especially when it costs an extra $1.05 per taco to substitute a protein. This location is following the trend of order kiosks which make it difficult to check order accuracy. They often omit items and you never find out until you’re 10 miles down the road. I’ve got a soft spot in my heart for Taco Bell though and given the challenges to find and keep great help I’m just happy that they’re still around and open late!

I’m assuming that the food is the usual good Taco Bell food. But, “We have no change, so we are going to round up your order to the next dollar and charge you that.” Plus you get the added benefit of watching the guy prepare your food with his underwear hanging out because he either doesn’t understand how a belt works or refuses to pull his pants up.
