I have never really had a problem with the service. It is what you expect from a fast-food place and from those who really do not have worth ethic or care about their job. The food is very hit or miss I would say about 40% my order is right but is very messy and looks like they threw everything into the bag and it is a mess to eat. I will say that I have never gotten the wrong order and nothing has ever been missing from my order. The only problem I have is the tacos come messy as if they just threw everything on the wrapping and then wrapped it. The employees except for a few have always been friendly and have great smiles but the atmosphere is what you’d expect from those who really don’t care about their jobs and who lack worth ethic.

I ordered one single item at the drive thru window. I was asked to pull around because they only had 2 employees working(should have shared that before I paid). I waited 35 minutes in the parking lot along with other customers before someone came out to ask what I ordered. They had the door locked so no one could enter the restaurant and ask about their order. Completely unacceptable. Next time stop taking orders until you’re caught up with filling paid orders. At one point there were more than 10 paid drive thru customers waiting on their order in the parking lot.

Waited at the counter for 20+ min. Store had one other customer. Made eye contact with a few workers but no one came to the counter. We ended up leaving and going to the Taco Bell on Cherry Rd where we had a friendly, attentive staff.

I went through drive through a few minutes ago. My order 3 chicken bowles, and a 12 pack of soft shell taco supremes. The order was repeated back to me accurately, then she asked if there would be anything else. I told her that would be all. She asked what drinks I wanted with that? I didn’t order anything that had drinks. The order was $30.??. I was not offered a receipt, she crushed it and threw it away. Got home and there were 3 chicken bowels and 3 soft shell taco supremes. I tried to call them and no answer. It just rings then hanges up.

Mom was just harassed by someone presenting themselves as some sort of leadership in this establishment when she was waiting patiently for an order as they were backed up on the kitchen. Maybe she mixed her up with someone else they have issues with as my mom barely visits this location, but to ask someone to leave for no reason was highly unprofessional and disgusting behavior.

10pm on a Thursday. Lobby door was open. I drive a bucket truck so I can’t go through drive through. Manager lady tells me to get out and walk through drive through. More troublesome than how rude that human being is to people is the fact that someone thought she would be a good fit for a Customer Service position! She needs to be a correctional officer. I will never visit again because of that treatment.

Terrible staff attitude. Video is available on my YouTube channel “UUELTE” in which one of your worthless workers calls me a “dumbass prick”. Altercation a result of the fact that your policy demands Dashers enter inside the lobby for pickup even though there isn’t a way to escape your drive thru line with cars in front and behind. Moronic. I’ll return in the future just to run your drive thru times up since your employees care more about that statistic than the human beings they serve. Justice.
