Cashier was super nice even though she rushed me to order with no car’s behind me. I wasted $50 I got the 3 of the crave boxes and added a few tacos with 2 quesadillas all of the food was messy cold and sloppy as if they threw all the food in the bag. I noticed my cinnamon twist wasn’t in the bag not one of them but all 3. I didn’t get a receipt and wanted my order remade (I know it could be pulled up in previous order and plus cashier ensured me that my order was completed) so I tried calling instead of driving back and no answer after calling multiple times sadly to say the only thing was good was our drinks.

Took 45 minutes to get the food. Once I got it, it was cold. Half the order wasn’t there. Then the line cooks were making fun of the manager who clearly has disabilities. Everyone in here’s order was messed up. Oh yea and the hair that was in my friends taco! Needless to say YORK TACO BELL NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER!

Mex pizza combo no sour cream on taco. 2day would have been 5 stars staff was awesome food was quick but the dang shells were stale.. staff has 2 know they were stale not 2 hard 2 tell the diff from stale and fresh. You guys are making progress but u have 2 get everyone 2 care not jst 1 or 2.. if we could call Dr who and all go back in time and see how this stuff was made 70 /80 or even earlier wonder how many would stop complaining and think they are entitled.

I ordered breakfast on June 13th from their app at around 10:45 while sitting in the parking lot. I went in and told them that I had made an app order. They acknowledged it and then told me that they ran out of breakfast a while ago. But the app wouldn’t let me cancel the order (I guess since they acknowledged it). They couldn’t refund my order. I filled out a form in the app and didn’t receive the refund or any communication. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Other reviewers have stated that they stop breakfast hours before 11 o’clock.

Ordered at the self order kiosk, waited for my food, the women that I assume was that manager, barely walks up to the counter throws my food up turns around and walks, no drink cup. I waited for about 5 minutes as I was looked at a few times, when she comes back up slams my cup on the counter. Customer service is a joke and no one should be treated like that.

Nothing about the employees, but this is the worst managed Taco Bell in America. I have been here twice when employees inform me that they cannot serve food because a manager is not on site. Another time at about 5 pm I was told at the drive through that they are closed, only to pull out just as the sign is lit up and employees enter the building. Then, because I’m a glutton for punishment, I ordered a breakfast burrito at 10 in the morning only to be told they have no eggs. I have attempted to order here about 6 times ever, and 4 of those times I left with nothing.

The new obsession this store has with its drive thru window time is ridiculous. You’re constantly being rushed through and god forbid you and a friend order separately online and pickup through the drive thru they make you pull around a second time. The service is rude and your order is never right and never fresh. Seriously some of the worst experiences I’ve had in food service have come from this store.

So I ordered a power menu bowl without cheese inside the restaurant because I have an autoimmune disorder and prepackaged shredded cheese will cause a flare up due to the flour it’s dusted with to keep it from sticking in the bag. After a little waiting, I get my food and lo and behold it had cheese. I pulled one of the employees aside since no one was running the register and brought it to her attention, which she then brought to the kitchens attention. It was funny bc they all tried to say that they didn’t put cheese on it- while I was looking at the cheese in my bowl. Then the the employee who I had talked to took my sullied cheese bowl and got the kitchen to remake it (in a different bowl obviously). I got my correct power menu bowl, but it was a weird experience. There is one employee there who is the sweetest but I never got her name. She always compliments me when I go in there and usually has long lashes on.

Very rude people! Slow service & just plain hateful people work here. If they hate their job that much they should’ve stayed the hell at home! Customers do come out for this kind of environment! Period. Should be closed down or have a whole new staff.

Cashier took 10 minutes to acknowledge me before placing order, Cashier and cook are arguing. Was told it would take 30 minutes to get my taco. This is unacceptable and management needs to be addressed. Or just shut this place down.
