The pictures literally speak for themselves . Of my 19 years coming to taco bell, i have never had this issue until today. I know the beans are fake but you could have at least tried to cook them. My quesadilla, thin as paper, burnt like charcoal… I will never spend another red cent here if this is what i am going to keep coming back to.

I would not go to this location until they have better management over the employees. The girl at the window was vary rude literally threw the bag of food at me. The tacos soaked through the bag and was coming through the wrapper. I asked for sauce and she got an attitude about that as well. All of the food was ruin the tacos fell apart and soaked in grease. It looked like it was done intentionally.it all went straight to the trash. Not worth wasting my time to bring it back and the way she acting I am pretty sure it would of not been handled professionally.

I arrived planning on using the drive thru, but with the long line, I decided to go inside for service. The food was hot and fresh, as well as my special request correct. Service was exceptionally fast, beings that it was Friday night and the drive thru was steady. However, the 5 star service I received from the young gentlemen who were working tonight exceeded my expectations. It was refreshing to come in contact with such polite and courteous young men. Good service is hard to find lately, but these guys got it going on!

There were only two people working behind the counter when I was there earlier this month. It took nearly 20 minutes to get a take out order. The portions of food have gotten smaller while the prices have gone up. Slow, unprofessional service by teenage employees. The smell of marijuana permeated outside the restaurant, which made me nauseous. Hire more people, make them undergo drug tests and stop charging so much for food. Is that too much to ask?

We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line. The lady was rude and we had to keep repeating ourselves. In the end we had to go back again because they didn’t give us our full order, and when we asked for sauce she gave us three packs when we ordered for three people.

I do not know of this was a manager or just a worker but she was the most unfriendly unbother worker. 1st thing is that she was so freaking rude especially when you refused to help someone ordering food off the self screen ordering machine. These young people don’t understand about helping their elderly. Plus the line outside was wrap around the build for drive thru. But wait time for inside was ridiculously. She was so rude to the older guy he told her that he couldn’t order off the self ordering machine because he just had a stroke and he couldn’t see it. Now she didn’t care period. I would have helped but i was a 30 minutes break and had only minutes left but someone else helped him. So I had to ask her how long was it going to take to fix my food she stated oh I have to clear out drive thru. I politely ask for.a refund and her coworker ask me what i had ordered and I told her just two grilled Chipotle chicken wrap. She fixed it amd they so little and I mean little.

Who ever the staff is that’s working today needs to be fired. They were rude, acting like they didn’t want to be there. And cussing out their customers. I changed my mind on having our food made, cause if you have an attitude making my food I don’t want it. Y’all really shouldn’t hire people that don’t understand the meaning of customer service. This location turn over rate is high cause they keep hiring these people that really don’t want to work.

I ordered drive thru pick up and they wouldn’t give me my food unless I went went inside. They claimed they were short staffed and they had orders to fill. There were atleast 3 employees there when I got there and I was the only one there for 3 minutes. I sat at the window for 5-7 minutes and just ended up leaving because they refused to fill my order even though it was already paid online. My order was just 2 burritos……….

My order has been wrong, my past three visits. And, one was supposed to replace the previous incorrect order! Still wrong. I give up. And, the last time I went in, an employee was going on and on negatively about someone in the drive-thru. Very unprofessional. I’ll stick to the other Conyers locations, even though I only live a mile from the Sigmon Road location.
