This was one of the worst experiences I had at this location. I ordered a #9 Mexican pizza that had BACON on it BACON???????and my kids kfc kids meals all the food was cold. I was in line for almost 30 mins it was just ridiculous. The manager said they don’t even have bacon in the store??? So where did they get bacon from? Just sad.

I come to this Taco Bell store because it is convenience for me, this store always is need it hep specially in the kitchen, food takes forever most of the time. Waited almost an hour in the drive thru to not get sauce for my tacos. There was also a KFC in the same building so I ordered two fries, three biscuits, a large mashed potatoes and gravy, and coleslaw. Was $29 with the tacos! Outrageous! I asked the guy for a receipt – he didn’t print out. I suspect that I wasn’t given a discount as I requested for waiting so long. Won’t be returning.

It has been a few years since the last time I was here. Nothing has changed at this location, including the cleanliness. The place was empty when I came in to place the order. However, all the tables are dirty. It seems like nobody cleaned them. This seems to be the norm for Taco Bell because it is not the only location with a cleanliness problem. A few years ago, another location on I-85 South in Alabama was so dirty that I had to leave immediately right after I ordered the food instead of dining in. I don’t know how they earned a 98 on the score card.

When I go to a place like Taco Bell, it doesn’t take much to please me. I already know what the food will be like, not great, but quick. So, all it takes is a friendly person and relatively prompt service. That’s where this place falls apart.

Going through the drive through anytime after like 11 pm is a waste of time. Multiple times I’ll sit there for 20 minutes for them to unapologetic say they’re closed. Every member of the staff is rude and clearly hate their job. Regardless of how nice you are you’ll never get a smile from them. Skip this location.

The food is decent, when they get your order right though the drive through because the dining room is closed so you have no other choice, also if you are diabetic as I am don’t ask for unsweet tea because, you will end up with sweet tea every time!!!

I waited half an hour for a DoorDash order watching employees walking around doing what appeared to be nothing. To be told they don’t know when the order will be made. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
