I went through the drive through and was served by Jasmine H. She got my order wrong and then refused to change it, stating that I would have to pay extra for a whole other meal on top of the already wrong order. I decided to just pay for the original wrong order because I was hungry (which was already $5 more than stated on the drive-through menu) and they gave me something completely else. When I politely asked why the up charge, Jasmine told me that I needed to cool down or I wouldn’t receive anything after paying. I’ve always loved taco bell but this has honestly ruined it for me.

I went to Taco Bell and they advertised a # 6 for $5.79 the lady at drive they told me it was $12 and some change and that she would not honor it even though it is advertised. She said she would look at the menu but not honor it. I’ve never seen that in customer service. Boycott taco bell!!

The lobby may be closed, but this was one of the BEST Taco Bell’s my family has visited and we’ve traveled all over the US. We stopped here on a long road trip and we’re impressed by the quick service. They even got our large order right, and the food was hot! Oh, and let me tell you about the amount of stuffing they put in the chicken quesadillas! I’ve never had my quesadilla filled with so much yummy chicken and cheese! I was super happy. Thank you to whatever employee did that. Lots of hearts to you!!!

I pulled up to the menu board between 10:58 am and 11:02 am, today. I said hello, as soon as I said hello, a male came on stating ” as I said before, the bell will ring when you pull up” I replied back that I was not the person who was in front of me, I just pulled up” he repeated what he said. I thanked him and promptly left. This was rude and uncalled for. How was I supposed to know that there is a bell, I do not work there. If he was having a bad day, well that is on him. I was not rude nor belligerent. The rude attitude he gave was not called for at all.

It depends on the day the Taco Bell team there is having. For the last two times they have butchered my order. And they always making me pull away from the drive thru and say they will bring me my food shortly and end ip taking like 20 minutes even when I’m the only customer there. And there is many times they don’t update they are out of online, I think this is possible because I’ve seen it happen at other Taco Bell’s but I’m not sure. But they frequently run out of items so if I can I recommend ordering in person. But most importantly customer service on more than one occasion I have had really bad customer service and they have mad it seem like they couldn’t care less if I was their or not. But keep in mind I have been coming to this Taco Bell for around 2 years and the bad experiences happen like once every 3 months and I come often. It was just them completely messing up my last two orders that seem to me their needs to be some change.

If you want your food to be tampered with come to this location. If you take longer than 10 mins to pick up your order they eat it themselves. They tried to give me tampered food and play it off as we held it somewhere else for you. They had it in their break room dismantled. I don’t understand how they thought it was ok to give me good they were just about to eat and not even the whole combo back. My drink and side was gone . I would not trust this location at all. The staff is weird and sketchy.

Just went thru the drive thru and when I got home, which is right off Windy Hill…my bag was soaked…to my unpleasant surprise 2 of my 3 tacos were getting soggy and dripping. Almost not edible. I’ll stick to Del Taco late nights…better quality

Whatever you do don’t go to this taco bell today. They’ve got the doors locked and if you can find your way in, the person is just gonna argue with you and yell at you for being inside. He /she said they are a manager, and if they are, they need to be fired. They just argued with all the customers. I suggested they write a sign on the door and they said “we don’t write signs”. Meanwhile the person preparing the food is hollering “do you have a problem?” I had to leave.
