2nd worse in the area. Night crew will lie that the credit machine is down so they filter 75% of work. The bean burrito tastes like pizza because its all sauce no bean. Like eating a sauce sandwich. Manager refused to give me a reciept.

This is the first place I have ever reviewed in my life I live close by and love Taco Bell but this one always has management issues and constantly has their card system down. Every time I have been to this location there is some kind of issue. I had three different people talking to me at the same time one would say go ahead with your order and then another would come on telling you to hold on a moment until you just leave. There is no desire to help customers and it is obvious. Needs a change in management or owners.

I ordered three tacos. One was missing cheese, one was missing tomatoes, the third was simply missing everything except a small morsel of meat. It was basically empty. Either it was intentional or these people are that incompetent. Don’t come to this location.

Never order from here, they’re utterly incompetent, and they’re lazy at night (will accept orders, but then cancel them when the driver gets there, say they’re closed a half hour or more early, etc)

Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure. I wish they would bring back my fav (Meximelt) but ive settled for a soft taco w/ no lettuce and add sour cream. I hate that their prices have gone up bc I used to be able to feed our family of 4 for much less. But, i know everyone has had to raise their prices across the board. It is still one our favorite fast food restaurants and we will continue to go!

The customer service was horrible and the worst 12.38 I spent. The nachos had no meat and crunchy Supreme had no meat. If I could give a 0 I would. Also people on line touching their phone then handling food. Terrible place to spend money. Not a valued customer and to think we pay there checks to be treated poorly

Latest review on 7/12/2023 at 3pm: I see that this location is trying to make improvements in their staff post renovation. I will say that for everyone who had a bad experience at this location to give this location another chance. The food is better (hard shells no longer stale) and they are training new staff which is allowing them to put out better food. The guy at the cash register would not be my first choice to work the window considering I only ever heard 2-3 word sentences come out of his mouth that wasn’t just a sound like “uh-huh” but he wasn’t unfriendly. Service could be a little bit faster but otherwise I had a great experience and look forward to what kind of team they put together as they tighten up their training. Great job!
