They lock the doors so you have to go through the drive thru. At least have the doors unlocked for delivery personnel so we don’t have to wait on 8 cars. It’s inconvenient for us as drivers and inconvenient for our customers. I told the night time drive thru guy that they should have them opened for deliveries. He claimed it was just him and some other guy and had me drive back around through the drive thru. I told him it was ridiculous and that shouldn’t matter. He then tells me that I need to find a different Taco Bell to go too! I don’t control my orders as a delivery person but he was very rude! Get it together!

I do not normally post reviews, but even though the restaurant is known to be currently open, the drive thru sign was dark, the lights were dim inside, and no one was taking orders. When I drove around the building after not getting my order taken, I saw four employees inside, (with three currently pictured) sitting in the lobby, eating instead of working while also ignoring all of the cars that come through. They should be allowed to eat, yes, but not when it deters customers when employees are on the clock. I saw all of the cars waiting to be helped, but no one was able to give an order to get food from this location.

I’m not sure what has happened to this location. The employees use to be very attentive. Asked 6 of a specific taco, realized when the lady at the window gave me a low price that they only rang me up for 1. I kindly corrected her, only to be told that the manager said I have to pay then drive BACK around to order the 5 remaining tacos when I specifically asked for 6. Its sad because I frequent this location due to the fact it’s on my way home.

They’re consistent and reliable when it comes to getting the food you ordered and the food quality is good for what it is. They’re roughly 20 minutes from my house and beat the locations closer to me in quality, service, and reliability. I’d recommend them over the trickium and Woodstock road locations.

I ask for no lettuce on my tacos when I go here, but this time they seemed to think a sliver of cheese was also a part of my order. All four of my tacos looked like this, and they also forgot to put my dads two tacos in the bag but still charged him on the bill. I’m only giving them two stars instead of one because the quality depends on the workers and when they’ve got good workers on the shift I can enjoy the food. The manager here just has to hire better people and they’ll be able to get a quality fast food restaurant.
