If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. They keep the phone cut on so you can’t get thru and we tried to call because they messed up our order, didn’t send us our sauce and there was hair in our food. The food was cold and my potatoes were old and has been sitting absolutely horrible never again and I highly recommend y’all don’t order food from here!!!

First, this location has maintained a health score of 100 for a while now. Kudos to the management team for caring about that. Second, they have a staff that has gotten my orders consistently accurate time and time again. So, when I get the craving for TB, I come to this location.

We been here before under different management and the kids were rude and locked the doors early. So we thought that we would give it another try about 3 to 4 years later. Much better service and friendly ladies. Great service and food. The restaurant was clean. Kudos to the new employees. We will return. It’s crazy what a difference it makes to have great employees.

They always tend to forget the order what we customize, like if I add onion and guacamole, they miss either of one. Other time they miss no of tacos. when you go back. They provide the missing one immediately. However this shouldn’t repeat second or more times.

If you can go to this location yourself, do it. Make sure you check your order that you have what you want to the quality that you want. DO NOT ORDER VIA DOORDASH. If they’re out of something, you won’t receive any communication and might receive a lousy coupon in its place. I order two nacho fries and a black bean Crunchwrap without sour cream. My fries were not included and I can’t use the coupons because they’re only available for tacos, which I don’t eat. My Crunchwrap was over 50% lettuce. Had they told my driver that I wouldn’t have fries beforehand I wouldn’t be as upset. This is not the surprise I wanted when I’m hungry and have little to no options for something to eat late at night and I’m not able to drive to get anything myself.

The food was awesome, went inside for breakfast, and ordered from the self-service kiosk. The only complaint is that you can’t order the steak crunchwrap on the kiosk, which is weird because it’s a regular breakfast menu item ♂️, so I had to order the California crunchwrap with no bacon and no avocado, and add steak; which I’m sure cost more. After I ordered, the food came out quickly, and it was fresh. Alot better experience than most.

If I could give no stars I would !! After a long day I order taco bell through door dash. To my surprise when the food arrives a extra item was in there for me !! A used glove was the item . I couldn’t believe it ! ImI have ordered from this location for years !! The slushier also had a weird mixture at the bottom which caused me to sick to my stomach !! Definitely think again before eat that this restaurant

Very sketchy service…We placed our order and the lady repeated it we then proceeded to the window. We were given a soda with ice even though we asked for no ice. No big deal, then paid for our items. I asked for a receipt and the lady looked at me and pointed to the printer and said she didn’t have paper. Again, no big deal so I just asked for the total. We then had to pull ahead to wait for our food. We got our food and we’re missing an item. I went back in to get it and saw the lady and she relayed it back. Then someone else came to the counter and looked at me and said you didn’t pay for it. Which I couldn’t prove since they never gave me a receipt. He was a complete jerk about it too. So I would highly suggest not going there. It’s not worth it.
