Slowest drive through I have ever been in. I absolutely love taco bell and I’m always excited to eat here until I remember I’ll have to wait an hour to even order my food. The worst drive thru time I have ever seen. I have managed several fast food restaurants, none with drive thru time this slow.

First I got the wrong order. I went back to pick up the right order and asked that it be made fresh as I didn’t want food that was sitting there for 30+ minutes… they did NOT make it fresh. Lettuce was nasty and soggy. Just horrible.

I ordered 4 spicy potato tacos and each taco had only 4 or 5 potatoe tots per taco. I went inside to ask for a refund and the manager insisted on remaking them for me but insured me that they will be exactly the same as before.. meaning regardless of the portion issue I have she still will not make it to my satisfaction. I asked if she can at at least make the tacos to look like the picture on the menu and she just apologized and said “that’s just how they come”. I got a refund and will not be back to this location.

Every time it’s like food roulette! Will they or won’t they get your order right, no one knows… 5 soft tacos no lettuce, chicken quesadilla, bean burrito. 2 had lettuce and they forgot the bean burrito!

I have sat in line for 45 minutes, I placed a mobile order for carryout and the doors were locked early. When I finally got to the front of the line I was asked to wait a second then I waited 10 minutes for some unknown reason. Please stop locking your doors and please hire more people

So I ordered one of their vegetarian dishes- CRUNCH WRAP SUPREME- and was VERY disappointed. I’m not even sure what the name of it was because it was a promo item off of my Taco Bell app but the picture of what it’s supposed to be and what ended up in my hand was two completely different things.

Worse service every. Walked in at 815 pm to dine in. Was told they could not take my order I had to use the kiosks. They claimed they would be fired if they took my order at the counter. Took us 10 mins to figure out how to order the sport taco on my #5 combo. Manager was no where to be found and not one employee knew how to work it from the kiosk. I’ll never come back and will write to corporate as well. With 7 workers and I had to place my own order. What a joke. didn’t even get an employee discount after doing their job
