I normally never have issues with this Taco Bell but today I did. I placed an online order with a Mexican pizza, 4 quesadillas, and a chicken chalupa. I got home with my food and my pizza was under the quesadillas and completely smashed. Normally they put the pizza on top of every thing else but not this time.

When at the drive thru, the lady at the window handed us our drink tray, and tossed the bag of food into the driver’s lap. She then shut the window without saying a word to us. We had a large order and the bag she handed us had two items in it. We sat and waited, and she kept looking at us through the window. She finally opened the window back up and we told her we didn’t have all the food. She came back with a large bag of food. All the food had been thrown into the bag. So cinnamon twist and chips were all over the place. We had two box deluxe meals. Nothing was placed into boxes. Very disappointed in service.

Walked in the lobby at 9:30 in the morning and was the only person in the building. They had two employees working and a manager walking around the phone not focusing on their guests. I told them I was there for an online order and they said it would be a while as they focus solely on their drive-through orders and paid no attention to the one customer they had in the lobby. The manager had no focus on taking care of the customers.

Absolutely terrible compared to other taco bells. You would think after being rebuilt they would fix their old issues but no, it’s still terrible, food was cold, missing ingredients that was paid extra for, every item was more tortilla than anything and it was all thrown in as a big mess. The taco bell in Emerson is 10000 times better than this trashy branch. Attached pic was suppose to be a grilled cheese double steak burrito with sour cream, the red strips, refried beans and more. This is what I got. Was refused any compensation or remake of food.

This is by far the best Taco Bell in Cartersville GA. I have eaten from the other two Taco Bell’s in Cartersville but they don’t compare to the to this one. Every time I order from this restaurant the whole staff is always friendly. They take pride in what they do and they genuinely care about each customer. I stopped by last Sunday and there were only two workers there. They still didn’t miss a beat. They were just as fast as if they were fully staffed. They worked hard. Taco Bell should reward these workers for the hard work that they do. The Taco Bell on Charley Harper Drive gets a lot of business. More than the other two restaurants. Why? Because they’re fast and they know what they’re doing. The other two don’t have a clue and that’s being honest.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the food is hot and delicious other times it’s cold and yucky. They also are continuously out of certain freeze flavors, which I realize could be a shipping issue, but today only one machine was working so I asked for a regular Baja blast. The color was off and no wonder, it’s out of mix! Tasted like soda water 🙁 I tried calling the store to let them know, but no one answered. Food was good and hot, just nothing to drink with it!

I came here tonight with my husband and they put a pinky size amount of beef on our crunch wrap and it was literally flat as a pancake. When we tried to call they wouldn’t answer and kept picking up and hanging up the phone. That is ridiculous and honestly we won’t be returning even though it’s by our house. Get your stuff together please bc with the price going up you better be serving me my $6 worth of beef on my items.

Order basic 9 taco supremes with cinnamon twist at 10 AM in the morning the meat was cold without sour cream it had the taste was awful the taste of the meal was off my toddlers knew it taste awhful I made a complaint josh offered to fix my meal went back the next morning to get another meal that was begin replaced the twist taste old again and $#@!
