This little Taco Bell, which also operates as a Pizza Hut, inside the food court of a TA Travel Center off Exit 296 of I-75, is the best Taco Bell that this 65yo guy has found since the one I first ate at in Memphis, TN…the one where my teenage friends that worked there protected my food’s taste and value when I visited on their shifts.

This place don’t deserve even zero,driving across the country been in 48 states when you ordered food that always had I’ve expected the same..but I wanted to make a u-turn to let them eat the food that we paid for it if they can eat it and shallow..the Chalupa bread is like rubber,lettuce not fresh, cheese hard,pasta in Chicken Alfredo is really hard same thing in Meaty Marinara..WHAT KIND OF FOOD ARE YOU SELLING???OLD OR LEFT OVER???Take a look all the pictures that I posted on and let me know..and that’s for sure we will not I repeat we will not stop again to get anything from this place WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY

This is the worst taco bell in America. The workers don’t care about the customers orders. Everything is personal rather all professional. You walk in and they act like you don’t even exist. I ordered the potato fries and the girl served it to me wrapped in a tortilla. I guess they thought remodeling this place would change how disgusting the workers are here.

Normally I wouldn’t do this on one bad visit. But it seems to be getting worse here every time I come here. So I figured I would let you know what to expect. I have included a picture of how they wrap your food… Easiest job and you fail miserably. And it seems like every time you are always out of some of the most basic taco Bell and Pizza hut items.

In short – the customer service was awful on my visit. They had no customers before or after me and left me waiting 9 minutes for 3 tacos which I saw them make when they noticed I was getting irritated. They would rather stand there complaining about an employee than be a good one themselves
