This location is so hit or miss. One day I’ll have the best fast food service and the next the worst. Sometimes they’re very professional and respectful and quick and sometimes the exact opposite. I’m especially upset though when I pay a dollar a piece for a side lava sauce and this is what I get. Seriously?? Get it together.

It was so refreshing to come into this taco bell. Our dinner came in a timely manner, the lobby was so clean and stocked. And the crew that I had contact with were so friendly. This will be our new taco bell, much better atmosphere then the Dallas one we typically go to.

My first few visits has been pleasant some of the employees are on point. I guess it depends on the time and day. However, this most recent one was bad and I will never come to this one again. I was charged for volcano sauce that was not on my taco. I was told that the side was in my bag. You clearly lied. I called other Taco Bell Locations and was told that the volcano menu is still available and I was lied to, this was very dumb. Please teach YOUR STAFF HONESTY!

I would like to say THANK YOU MILLIE!!!! I have been to this one only a few times “that being said” there was always half of the required amount in or on everything!!!! ALWAYS but I am proudly saying that has changed 🙂 :). The place is very clean and MILLIE talked directly to me,she wasn’t even the one who took my order. On that subject the young woman who did explained the explanation of the ingredients of the food I was ordering. Not only telling me there is more then enough but saving money for a customer is rare these days. GOD is good am I am very great full..

Came in with my son. Menu board wasn’t working. Decided that we could use the kiosk to see the menu. Couldn’t order freezes because the machine is broken. We ordered fountain drinks instead. Then was told that the ice maker was broken. Going to get fountain drinks without ice, and they are out of root beer syrup. This is a pretty new location to be having issues like this.

Every time I Oder a thing that has shredded cheese whether it’s tacos or gorditas no matter what it is this location puts half a pinch of cheese on it which is a joke especially since the price of everything has doubled I left a picture for a perfect example of the lack of care this location has or management telling the employees to make it that way which is completely unacceptable

So I ordered food on the app and made it where I could pick it up by drive through and they told me i had to come in side. I waited 48 minutes for my food and they forgot 2 of my drinks and they didn’t even put the food in the craving boxes like I ordered and this is the 2nd time i have ordered food and they forget something. 8/19/23

Well this Taco Bell may have just redeemed themselves. Just went through the drive thru. I had my order down other than letting the kids select their own drinks. Unfortunately no frozen drinks and a few fountain drink flavors were unavailable. Despite that, by the time I arrived at the window my order was ready (I was the only one in the drive thru). Ordered 2 taco bowls, plus 5 tacos, drinks, and cinnamon twists. The young lady and the young man at the drive thru window were very polite and kind and assured me my order was complete. I was skeptical and kept thinking when I get home I just know something will be missing. Not this time and the kids say their food is hot and good! It’s 5:30 and I know dinner time can be slightly different but maybe, just maybe, this store is making a change for the better.

I go to Taco Bell pretty regularly. This is the one I usually get lunch at when I’m working. Seriously one of the best Taco Bells I’ve been to. Food is consistently hot and service is good. Wish more Taco Bell’s served hot food like this.

I’m changing from 5 stars to 1. Literally for the past 5 Mexican pizza orders it has looked like the order in the picture. Completey smashed with no cheese on it anymore. Also I stopped ordering this item for a very long time due to the chemical taste from fryer oil not being changed. It’s back yet again.
