Asked for a chicken quesadilla, and they didn’t bother to cut the food. So how am I supposed to eat these when they are like this? It’s disappointing, but the food is cooked well. I also paid $2 over the usual from the other taco bell, which usually gets my order right the first time. $2 extra for a un cut quesadilla? Yeah, it seems legit.

4th time in two weeks. No answer at drive thru. Door locked. Knock on the door, and just get looked at from enployees playing on their phone in the lobby. Management must be embarrassed but wouldn’t be surprised if this was normal.

Waited in line for an extended amount of time, and still had to come in to pick up online menu from inside the store. Staff outside smoking cigarettes as you walk in the door. The guy at the drive thru was nice. However, the petite female was arguing with someone in the drive thru & had an attitude in the store. Food was barely warm. SMH Do better please.

Food was okay. Service was terrible. Stood in line a bit before anyone acknowledged I was there, then I was told someone would be right with me. A few minutes later a guy came and asked if I had been helped. He didn’t really pay attention to what I ordered and had to ask me several times what I wanted after I told him each time. He seemed like he was in a daze and just there for a pay check. Even after being told it was for there the food was bagged up. Not a great experience. Most likely won’t go back there again.

Went to drive thru and asked if they had $5 chalupa box. Instead of just telling me they charge $6.99 for it, they simply said no ma’am. Way to try to sell! I would have purchased it for $6.99 had it been offered. So, instead you got $0.00.

I don’t know if the short, white, bald prick is the manager but you need to get a new one if so. Also, just went today and they were out of volcano tacos, dorito tacos, Dr. Pepper, and the crispy chicken tacos they just had last week. The Freeze machine is never operational. Corporate needs to send someone down to check this location out. It’s a joke.
