I ordered food and two cups of water. I ultimately received bad quality food and was charged $5 for two cups of ice water. They didn’t want to give me my receipt and initially refused to give me a refund. Eventually they gave me $4 and I still didn’t get to keep my ice water. They took it back. I’m a reasonable person, but this location made me feel so frustrated and cheated. I feel like they do this to run a scam on people to pocket the cash. They guy who rang me up couldn’t give me an answer and laughed at me with his coworkers. Just don’t go here.

For those asking how or why this place is still in business, it’s because YOU continue to go here instead of going to an alternate location or establishment. I stopped coming here years ago, it’s the easiest decision anyone could make considering how terrible this place has been for at least the last 10+ years I’ve lived in the area. I just stop in from time to time in the reviews section to see if anything ever changes…. looks like that’s a big NO!

Missing multiple items on a $40 bill. Tried calling multiple times to fix the issue. They had some sort of sound system in the back making it hard to hear anything. The music they were playing was not appropriate either. Who is allowing this? From other reviews though I’m not surprised I had a bad experience.

Waited in line to order our food for 10+ minutes before someone would even come to the speaker, got to the window and was asked to pull up, waited 15 more minutes to get our food. Chulpas were hard as a rock, pouring grease out of the meat all over the place, the entire bag was covered and still didn’t get everything that was ordered. Took the food back in and was told they don’t give refunds! Everyone is in the back cursing and messing around, no wonders they can’t give out correct orders. Absolutely the crappiest place around!

I would give this zero stars if I could. We asked for no nacho cheese and no sauce on four items due to my kids having a dairy allergy, and they put sauce on anyway after making us wait nearly 20 minutes. When confronted, they denied I had said no sauce and refused to refund my money or remake the order. I recommend that no one attempt eat here. Service was extremely rude.

Very very bad. People were stacked waiting on their orders. No receipt were given at the time of orders which made it even harder to get the correct order. People angry and waiting long amounts of time for the wrong order. They would not give any refunds and pointed to the signage taped on the counter that stated no refunds. But I find that the bad service at this store is pretty indicative of most Indian ran stores. ;:”#π¢€¥¢¢©%π

The issue is that you go through the drive-through, and they have no food ready. I had to pull in the parking lot so they could bring it to me. 30 min later, still no food. Mind you, I was the only car in line at the time.I walked in and asked if my food was done, and the girl that took my order said no and just stood there. I had to stand at the counter for another 10 min and wait. All in all, a 45 wait. No one has any sense of urgency or customer service. This is not a one-off incident. This location is consistently below acceptable standards
