I don’t even know where to begin. I hate to give a bad review, but I’ve personally never experienced this at a taco bell before. I placed my order through the taco bell app. When I went inside the store, I stood in the lobby and one employee from the back said “hi” and that was it. As I stood there waiting for my food, several more customers came into the dining area. No employee ever came to the front area. The customers waited and waited until finally one customer took it upon themselves to use the “kiosk” to order their food. There was no sign, no one said to only use the kiosk.

I stood in line while a man and his family were ordering their food patiently waiting for about 10 minutes . The cashier working had the audacity to walk off and give them their cups then proceeded back to ask me to place my order on the kiosk machine. Customer service clearly isn’t customer service anymore. To me that is pure laziness , especially when there wasn’t a lot of people there. You can take other people order but didn’t want to take mine, what were you doing? I politely walked out. I’m highly disappointed in this location.

Today I placed a mobile order and picked it up inside. I only ordered two crunchy tacos. They were so good. The shells were perfect, not stale or broken. The meat, cheese and lettuce were in the perfect proportions and it was hot and fresh and the shell wasn’t all soggy or anything. The girl working at the front of the store was very friendly and my order was ready very quickly.

Zero customer service skills. Stood at the register for over five minutes while employees walked past us numerous times and never said a word. Finally ordered from the kiosk. If this is the only means to dine in …. open your stupid fly trap and tell people standing at register waiting to order. Dang, I know it’s hard to find decent employees but the freaking bar is set too low nowadays.

Let me start out with this, this was my favorite taco bell location. Yesterday I ordered on the app 1 combo and a few sides for the family. 45 minute wait after I got pulled around to the curbside parking (as usual) the only time I don’t get pulled around is if I order one singular item. This has not been the first time this has happened. Yesterday was just the last straw for me. I went over to mcdonalds to get my son who won’t eat taco bell a happy meal. I ordered, paid and was on my way in just over a minute. I’ll be going to del taco from now on.

Listen, I’ve worked at fast food and the reason I started my own business is because they made it easy. How because they left us in stores alone to get the job done. No one was turned down or turned around. Point I’m making, when hiring these people make sure they’re ready to be a team player and not just a I can’t run the business because we are short stuff. An extra girl was literally at the door and they still crying like lol girls. Grow up!

I am an avid Taco Bell lover and although the food we receive fr this location is usually hot and prepared well, I have never been to them without at least one item missing. In fact, since I have to order enough food for 4 people, it’s usually 2-3 items.

I loveeee Taco Bell. This one especially because this was my first job years ago. I always order there Cinnabons but if you don’t order the 12 pack they be dried out, stale and even the cream filling be drier than dirt. But what really gets me is the fact I ask for FRESH please and still get old ones. If I don’t mind waiting drop some more seriously. Customers know when the food isn’t fresh!!!!!! I am pregnant an hate to get food that isnt cooked correctly. Smh
