Very poor service. Took for ever an the whole time the lady is taking my order another taco bell employee is steadily trying to talk to her about peeing. Not to mention didn’t get my order right, but because I had already spent to much time waiting on my food I had to deal with it. Worst taco bell I been to in along time. I ordered breakfast from the drive thru and was disappointed. The service was great, friendly and fast but the food was not good. I was on my way to work so I stopped thru to get a quick bite. The problem was the quality of food. The hash browns was crisp like a potato chip and the iced coffee was weak in flavor. The crunch wrap was ok despite having charred spots on the tortilla. I threw away the hash brown and just enjoyed the cinnamon bites

As always they messed up my order and charged me for 2 items I didn’t even order. Of course they were not cheap items either. I didn’t have time to go back and argue with them but in the past I have and it was a pain. I waited at the register for 15 minutes being ignored then when I said excuse me for the 3rd time I received a rude response from what was the mgr telling me to wait. I was furious and was treated awful for pointing out their mistake and asking for them to 1 give me what I ordered and 2 take what I didn’t back. This is the last time I ever go there. The only reason I did was for convenience it’s close to home but it’s worth the drive to get good service.

My husband and I have ordered from this Taco Bell and the last 4 or 5 times our order has been wrong. With delivery it’s cold, which can be expected sometimes, and through the drive-thru it’s always wrong. We’ve decided it’s not go here anymore and to go to the Taco Bell on bullsboro hoping that will be better than this place. We’ve gone different times of the day order different things and it never fails it’s always wrong.

We ordered a cheese quesadilla but I revived a chicken quesadilla instead. This place is absolutely ridiculous. We are vegetarian and we can’t eat meat so receiving an order with meat is not acceptable. My daughter almost ate the queadailla but thankfully she asked me what was inside of it since she saw a piece of chicken outside the queadailla. We also made sure the receipt says CHEESE QUESADILLA and it did so it’s wrong for them to give us a chicken quesadilla. Also, this isn’t the first time we received a order with meat even though we ordered vegetarian options.

ate here on 4/15/2023. So technically it would have been 4/16 since we were there around 12:30am. Dining room was closed but the drive thru is open until 2am. There were about 6 cars in front of us and it took about 20-30 mins to get thru and get our food, thus the 3 star review. Food was Taco Bell food. You do in fact get what you pay for.
