This was an experience like no other! We went through the drive thru during happy hour to get some drinks. After ordering at the box, we arrived at the window. Upon inquiring about the price again, I asked how come the drinks were full price. I was told that this location did not honor the happy hour price, but they had the happy hour sign up. We asked for our money back, but did not get all of it back. In addition to that, the employee was extremely rude and disrespectful. I will not return or recommend this location.

If I could leave zero stars! I would! I came here with a pregnancy craving and asked for the Taco Bell workers to please drop some fresh chalupas for me. As a former corporate employee I am aware of the stand time for chalupas and how often they should be changed out.

I went there today, 5/11/23, with the hopes of getting some lunch around 130ish. I was in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes, but ended up driving off without getting food after sitting at the window for well over 5 minutes. The young man working the window slowly walked up to the window giving me an “I hate life,” stare without saying a word. The food at this particular location isn’t good enough (hard rice) to wait that long. I ended up going across the street to get Zaxby’s. As I sat in the parking lot eating my food, I could see the car that was behind me at Taco Bell just getting their order. The car behind that car drove off without getting food just as I did. They were NOT busy, no one was waiting inside. So I dont understand why the wait was so long. They should just close this location. I’d rather drive a couple of extra miles down the road to the one on Anvilblock Rd. for better service and fresher tasting food, than to sit in a line for 15 minutes and have that young man stare at me like I hurt his dog. All without saying as little as “We’ll be right with you.” DO BETTER TACO BELL ON FAIRVIEW RD!! Oh and take the Long John Silvers stuff down off the menu. It looks very ghetto with all the handwritten signs.

Gagging. Ordered taco Supreme and burrito Supreme. Mushy and rank. No meat. Thought it was beans at first. Very little lettuce or sour cream. Just one big mushy horrible mess. SIDE OF BLACK BEANS AND RICE WAS EVEN WORSE.

Normally not a bad experience, this time was terrible. All 5 items were wrong. No beef in the burritos, no chicken in the quesadilla. Paid for both, all my items came without. Emailed, no response, called the store, said they aren’t accepting calls and call 1800 tacobell. So maybe this review will get some notice.

Terrible. Barely any meat ot cheese in the tacos. Mexican pizza was cold. Chicken chalupa shell was so hard couldn’t be eaten. 3 tiny pieces of chicken in it. Won’t be back

Extremely slow. ..I went through the drive thru and had to talk to two people who kept telling me to hold on a minute. Half a bag of clams. The manager was clueless. Very unprofessional! Skip this place at all costs.
