Pull it up. To get a steak quesadilla for some reason my wife Loves them After being told that I have to come inside and place my order that I couldn’t use the drive-through. I walk inside of the. Store and nobody says anything to me the. Staff is back there on their phone looking at me like I’m crazy then after about 3 minutes. This guy tells me to use the screen to place the order so not only. Did I have to come in and get out of my car to order They told me to use the screen and that was literally all they said to me. I just turned around and walked out. I tried to support my businesses in my neighborhood but people make it hard. I never have a good experience when I go to this Is taco bell it is absolutely terrible. I’m never coming back. I will go out on my way to another store with my wife gets a craven For the quesad.

How about no stars. I wouldn’t recommend. The person doing the preparing of food was sitting outside when we pulled in, still outside when we ordered and saw us have to pull around the building to wait for our food. Eventually she went inside. Then after waiting at least 10 minutes we went inside to check on our food. She and the person who took our order were the only 2 people working. And she was just starting making our order. The burritos were were wrapped so sloppily that juice was pooled in the bottom of the bag and leaked all over my jeans, car seat, and the floor.

I come here for lunch once a week. Always fast friendly service and food is always on point. Never had any issues with the food. The self serve soda fountain could use some professional tune up. But that’s not on the folks who work there.

I’m honestly disappointed I’m leaving a review since I come to this Taco Bell frequently because it’s close to my home and I know the level of quality they produce. I never leave reviews but would like to spare everyone’s time looking to eat here around 10PM w/ this shift/ manager on duty .

Yea it’s my first time ordering here and I’ll never do it again. I ordered on DoorDash at 10:22 pm and when I got there they proceeded to claim that my order wasn’t at there store and so a called DoorDash and they called them but they didn’t pick up the phone it was lasted 10-20 minutes and I just decided to go back up to the window and ask for my order and they said that it was right there. I was confused since there was laughing and giggling involved, like whats funny. Anyways I suggest that you not order from this store, at least not at night.

Clearly the training is not present these days. Burrito had a half pound of jalapeños for an item that was only supposed to have a few on top. None of the burritos were closed so ingredients fall out when you pick it up. Baja blast drink was water due to syrup being out. This location used to be great. Those days are over.

This place is hit or miss. I asked for light tomatoes & got light cheese too ?? I shouldn’t have to ask for extra cheese to make sure that I actually have cheese on my taco. Stop skimping people. I can count the number of strands of cheese on my tacos & this isn’t what I asked for.

They had a homeless man sitting in the corner. They knew nothing about the app. The manager didn’t know anything either. Was super disrespectful. This human came around the corner chewing wiping they face and was like “YEAH”. How do you address the customer as YEAH, so I didn’t order anything. But then I wanted to make a report about this since if I owned that location I would want to know what is happening there. The slushies was $1 so I went to the kiosk and ordered 4. That was at 4:12pm. I didn’t get put until around 4:30. Yeah, waited that long for 4 slushies. Horrible service, I made the report from the recipes that was emailed to me WHILE WAITING all that time. And nobody has even contacted me back. Why offer to call if you not gonna.

the food is usually OK or slightly above average but here they are always out of items. if you order online you aren’t informed of the missing selections until you arrive at the store. No offers are made for the inconveniences. Also, orders tend to be incorrect alot on the first try. Finally, for bigger orders they ask you to come in 99% of the time, but their employees forget that you are inside an sometimes take the big orders outside anyway. Overall not a great experience, and work needs to be done on the inconvenience end.
